amala-kamala-rāga-rāgam etat tava
amala-kamala-rāga-rāgamwhose redness (rāga) is like that of a flawless ruby bahuvrīhi describing the garment; kamala-rāga = padmarāga-maṇi, the ruby, and amala = spotless — the cloth's rāga matches that gem's rāgaजिसका लाल रंग निर्मल पद्मराग-मणि (माणिक्य) के लाल रंग जैसा है — ऐसा (वस्त्र)

etat tava — this [garment] of yours; amala-kamala-rāga-rāgam — whose redness is like a flawless ruby's.
This garment of yours glows red like a spotless ruby.
An udāharaṇa of vastra, 'the garment', as an uddīpana-vibhāva (an excitant of rasa) — the illustrative verse set up by the lead-in 'atha vastraṁ, yathā—'. Kṛṣṇa is the speaker, praising Rādhā's silk.

rādhe — O Rādhā; atra — here; nija-rāgam — its own redness-and-love; mama hṛdi — into my heart.
O Rādhā, its own rāga — its redness, and by the pun its love — [it sets] here in my heart.
rāga is a śleṣa throughout: the cloth's red color and the heart's passion at once. The whole verse turns on this double sense.

nija-rāgam mama hṛdi dadhad api — though it deposits its own redness/love into my heart; yad — whereby; dviguṇaṁ raktam babhūva — it became twice as red (and twice as loving).
Here is the marvel: though it hands its redness over to my heart, it turned twice as red instead of fading — and, by the pun, twice as loving.
The citra (poetic wonder): ordinarily a thing that imparts its quality is depleted of it; this cloth gains double. rakta = 'reddened' and 'attached' mirrors rāga in L3.

Even read as anurāga (love), rāga is what heightens its object — the beloved. So love doubling is exactly right, not a mere color-trick. Jīva notes the verse hints this too.
