Look at the garment — the one that has worked a covering-over of composure. Its very sight overturns a viewer's steadiness. (saṁvara here = concealing, as Jīva will gloss.)

An udāharaṇa of vāsas (clothing), the first of the four adornments defined in 10.54. It is spoken by a sakhī describing Kṛṣṇa's garment to a gopī, per Jīva's framing (s1).

Jīva sets the scene. A certain gopī has in fact seen Kṛṣṇa, but out of feminine contrariness (vāmya) she acts as though she has not. Her friend, the sakhī, is describing his limbs to her one by one to draw her out. Understand this 'ambaram...' verse, says Jīva, as one more of those limb-by-limb descriptions.
vāmya: the studied coyness or crookedness a woman shows — here the gopī denies seeing what she has plainly seen, which is exactly what makes the sakhī's coaxing 'do you really not see?' land.

kiṁ na paśyasīti svārasyāt |
kiṁ na paśyasi iti'do you not see?' — reading kiṁ na (line 4) together with paśyasi (line 5)'क्या तू नहीं देखती' — इस कथन से
svārasyātfollows because the sentence's own sense runs that way — from its natural flow ablative of reason; svārasya = the words' spontaneous coherenceक्योंकि वचन की स्वाभाविक रसमयता (सहज संगति) है — उसी कारण
kiṁ na paśyasi iti — [that we read] 'do you not see?'; svārasyāt — [holds] because of the natural flow of the words.
Jīva points out how the two lines join: 'kiṁ na' at the end of line 4 hooks up with 'paśyasi' at the end of line 5, giving 'do you not see?' This construal, he says, simply follows the sentence's own natural flow (svārasya).

saṁvaraḥ saṁvaraṇam |
saṁvaraḥthe word saṁvara [in racita-dhairya-saṁvaram, line 2]'संवर' (शब्द का अर्थ)
saṁvaraṇammeans concealing — a covering-overढकना, आच्छादन
saṁvaraḥ — saṁvara; saṁvaraṇam — [means] a concealing, a covering-over.
A one-word gloss: saṁvara here means saṁvaraṇa, a covering, a concealing. So 'racita-dhairya-saṁvaram' is the garment on which a concealing of steadiness has been worked.

madhya-pada-lopātreached by dropping the middle word of the compound ablative of means; madhya-pada-lopa = a compound with its middle member elidedमध्यपद के लोप से (बीच का पद छूट जाने के द्वारा)
navamudratā iti arthaḥso the sense is 'freshness' — a newly-minted brightness nava-mudratā, the state of being fresh-stamped/new'नवमुद्रता' — नवीनता, ताज़ी छाप लगी अवस्था — ऐसा अर्थ है
prabhā — [the word] prabhā; prārabdha-ābhā — [is] prārabdha-ābhā, 'radiance just arisen'; madhya-pada-lopāt — by elision of the middle word; navamudratā iti arthaḥ — the meaning being 'freshness'.
On 'prabhā': Jīva reads it as a compressed compound. Spelled out it is prārabdha-ābhā, 'radiance just breaking out.' The middle word (ārabdha) drops away by madhya-pada-lopa, leaving prabhā. The upshot: the garment's shine is fresh, newly-arisen brightness (nava-mudratā).
madhya-pada-lopa (vyākaraṇa): a compound in which a middle member is silently dropped — the stock example is śāka-pārthiva for śāka-priya-pārthiva, 'the greens-loving king.' Here ārabdha is the elided middle, so pra-[ārabdha]-ābhā = prabhā.
