rādhe (L2) — O Rādhā; tava vakṣoje — on your breasts; avaṣṭambhoru-kumbhopame — which are like large golden pitchers; campaka-cchavim — [it bears] the campaka's golden luster
Listen to the conceit, and read all four lines as one sentence. On your breasts, Rādhā — two breasts round and golden as broad pitchers of gold — [a single white bud] takes on the golden sheen of a campaka blossom.
An udāharaṇa (illustrative verse) within Uddīpana-vibhāva (prakaraṇa 10), spoken by Kṛṣṇa in praise of Rādhā. It illustrates the beloved's limbs and their radiance (aṅga-kānti) as an excitant (uddīpana) of rasa — and specifically the mutual kindling (parasparoddīpana) that Viśvanātha names at 10.35: each lover's beauty excites the other. The single image: one white lotus bud, laid by Kṛṣṇa on three of Rādhā's limbs in turn, borrows a different flower-hue from each and so seems to become three flowers at once.

ekaḥ kairava-korako vitanute puṣpa-trayī-vibhramam ||
ekaḥone and the same, a single the pivot of the whole conceit — one bud, not threeएक ही — यही सारी कल्पना का मर्म है: एक कलिका, तीन नहीं
vitanutespreads out, puts on display ātmanepada present — the verb of the sentenceरच देती है / विस्तार कर देती है — वाक्य की क्रिया (आत्मनेपद)

ekaḥ kairava-korakaḥ — a single white lotus bud; puṣpa-trayī-vibhramam — the playful semblance of three flowers; vitanute — spreads out
And here is the payoff: one single white lotus bud puts on the graceful show of three different flowers. It is white; yet Rādhā's golden breasts, red palm, and dark hair are so radiant that they lend the plain bud their own hues — so it looks now campaka, now red lotus, now blue lotus. This is the uddīpana: her limbs' radiance is so strong it transforms even a white bud. The figure is utprekṣā heightened to atiśayokti — one thing poetically made to appear as three.

Here is the principle to grasp. In the love shared by hero and heroine, each is at once the object of the other's love and the one in whom that love wells up. And each one's beauty kindles the other's. So when we describe them, there is no fixed rule about who is praised first and who second. The earlier verse may have praised Kṛṣṇa through Rādhā's eyes; this one has Kṛṣṇa praise Rādhā. Either order is allowed.
viṣaya and āśraya are the two poles of a rasa. The viṣaya (or viṣaya-ālambana) is the person the emotion is directed at — the beloved as object; the āśraya is the person in whom the emotion resides — the lover as vessel. In ordinary poetry these are two different people, but in Rādhā-Kṛṣṇa love each is fully both to the other, so neither has priority in the telling.
