śrī-kṛṣṇa āha—jagatsu yā yā amalā rucaya āsaṁs tā eva sarvā vicitya tatat tataḥ samāhṛtyaiva vyadhita akarot |
śrī-kṛṣṇa āhaŚrī Kṛṣṇa is the one speaking [these words to Rādhā]श्रीकृष्ण कहते हैं —
jagatsuin [all] the worldsसंसारों में (जितने लोक हैं, उन सबमें)
yā yā amalā rucaya āsanwhatever spotless lustres there were, one by one distributive yā yā — 'each and every' spotless luster, wherever foundजो-जो निर्मल कान्तियाँ जहाँ-जहाँ भी थीं
tā eva sarvāall those very ones, and only those (eva)उन सबको ही
vicityahaving culled [them] outचुनकर
tatas tataḥ samāhṛtya evagathering them together from every side, and nothing less (eva) source spells it 'tatat tataḥ' = tatas tataḥ, 'from here and there'इधर-उधर से (जहाँ-तहाँ से) बटोरकर ही
vyadhitahe fashioned [your limbs] — that is, akarot, 'made'रच दिया
śrī-kṛṣṇa āha — Kṛṣṇa says; jagatsu — in the worlds; yā yā amalā rucayaḥ āsan — whatever spotless lustres there were; tā eva sarvāḥ vicitya — culling all those very ones; tatas tataḥ samāhṛtya eva — gathering them from every side; vyadhita — he fashioned [your limbs]
śrī-kṛṣṇa āha — श्रीकृष्ण कहते हैं; jagatsu — संसारों में; yā yā amalā rucaya āsan — जो-जो निर्मल कान्तियाँ थीं; tā eva sarvā — उन सबको ही; vicitya — चुनकर; tatas tataḥ samāhṛtya eva — जहाँ-तहाँ से बटोरकर ही; vyadhita — रच दिया
Viśvanātha first sets the frame: these are Kṛṣṇa's own words to Rādhā. Then he expands the line — every spotless luster that existed anywhere in the worlds, the Creator culled all of them, gathered them together from every direction, and out of that made your limbs.
श्रीकृष्ण कहते हैं — संसारों में जो-जो निर्मल कान्तियाँ थीं, उन सबको ही चुनकर, जहाँ-तहाँ से बटोरकर ही (विधाता ने तुम्हारे अंग) रच दिए।

ata eva — for this very reason; jagatsu — in the worlds; tvad-aṅga-sādṛśyaṁ — a likeness to your limbs; na dṛśyate — is not seen; iti bhāvaḥ — this is the purport
ata eva — इसी कारण; jagatsu — संसारों में; tvad-aṅga-sādṛśyaṁ — तुम्हारे अंगों की समता; na dṛśyate — दिखाई नहीं देती; iti bhāvaḥ — यही तात्पर्य है
So Viśvanātha draws the conclusion: precisely because all the world's beauty was spent on your limbs, nothing anywhere in the worlds now resembles them. That is the implied sense of the verse.
इसी कारण संसारों में कहीं भी तुम्हारे अंगों की समता दिखाई नहीं देती — यही तात्पर्य है।

aṅgakāni iti — in 'aṅgakāni'; anukampārtha-ka-pratyayena — by the affectionate 'ka' suffix; aṅgānāṁ subhagatvaṁ sukumāratvaṁ ca — the limbs' loveliness and delicacy both; uktam — are conveyed
aṅgakāni iti — 'अंगकानि' पद में; anukampārtha-ka-pratyayena — स्नेह-अर्थक 'क' प्रत्यय के द्वारा; aṅgānāṁ — अंगों की; subhagatvaṁ sukumāratvaṁ ca — सुभगता और सुकुमारता; uktam — कही गई है
Viśvanātha reads the little 'ka' hidden in aṅgakāni: it is the suffix of tender affection. Through it Kṛṣṇa says two things about her limbs at once — that they are lovely, and that they are delicate.
'अंगकानि' पद में स्नेह के अर्थवाले 'क' प्रत्यय के द्वारा अंगों की सुभगता और सुकुमारता — दोनों कही गई हैं।
The svārthe ka (here in its anukampā, 'tender-affection,' sense) is a Pāṇinian suffix added to a word without changing its dictionary meaning, only coloring it with endearment or smallness — hence 'the dear little limbs' rather than plain 'limbs.'
