vakṣaḥ pravyakta-vakṣojaṁ madhyaṁ ca suvali-trayam |
vakṣaḥthe chest —वक्षःस्थल (छाती)
pravyakta-vakṣojaṁnow shows its pectoral swells fully formed bahuvrīhi describing vakṣaḥ; pra-vyakta = brought clearly into view — the same 'vyakta' that names this stage of youth (vyakta yauvana)जिसमें स्तन भली-भाँति प्रकट हो गए हैं (ऐसा वक्षःस्थल)
madhyaṁ caand the waistऔर मध्यभाग (कटि)
suvali-trayamcarries the three fine belly-folds bahuvrīhi describing madhyaṁ; su-vali-traya = the beautiful trivali, the triple crease at the midriffजिसमें सुन्दर त्रिवली (तीन वलियाँ) पड़ी हैं (ऐसा मध्यभाग)
vakṣaḥ — the chest; pravyakta-vakṣojam [bhavati] — becomes one whose pectoral swells stand fully formed; madhyaṁ ca — and the waist; suvali-trayam [bhavati] — becomes one bearing the three fine folds.
The lead-in 'atha vyaktam' — 'now, the manifest [youth]' — opens the description. The verse paints the body as full youth arrives. The chest now stands out, its pectoral swells clearly formed. The waist carries the three fine creases, the trivali, counted a mark of beauty. (The verb 'becomes' is understood, supplied by the governing clause in the next line.)
trivali: the three horizontal folds across the midriff, a stock lakṣaṇa of a well-formed youthful body in Sanskrit poetics. The word pravyakta ('brought clearly into view') deliberately echoes the stage-name vyakta yauvana that the second line supplies.

aṅgāniall the limbsसब अंग
vyakte sphurati yauvaneonce youth stands revealed and bursts into bloom locative absolute — vyakte yauvane ('manifest youth') + sphurati ('shining forth'): 'when X shines forth.' This clause governs L1 as well, supplying its understood verbजब व्यक्त (प्रकट) यौवन स्फुरित होता है / यौवन के देदीप्यमान होने पर
vyakte yauvane sphurati [sati] — once manifest youth bursts into bloom; tathā aṅgāni — so too the limbs; ujjvalāni [bhavanti] — grow radiant.
And every limb, likewise, grows radiant. All of it comes to pass once youth has stood fully revealed and burst into bloom — that flowering is the locative-absolute condition that sets the whole picture in motion, reaching back over the chest and waist of the first line. In this chapter on uddīpana-vibhāva, it is this manifest youth itself that works as the excitant.
vyakte ... sphurati yauvane is a locative absolute: the shining-forth of youth is the standing circumstance under which the chest, waist, and limbs all come into their described state.

na — not; vyākhyātam — [this verse is] explained.
For this verse Jīva and Viśvanātha offer nothing: 'na vyākhyātam' — 'not commented upon.' So there is no Gauḍīya gloss to lean on here; the mūla has to be read from its own words alone.
A meta-note recording an absence, not a gloss: these two ācāryas passed this verse by. It flags for the lecturer that the phrase-decode of L1-L2 rests on the verse's own wording, with no included commentator supplying a subject, so the reading stays generic (no named body is asserted).
