udghaṭayya kuṭilaṁ kaca-pakṣaṁ
udghaṭayyahaving opened up, parting [it] gerund — a completed act before the main verb 'you show'खोलकर / फैलाकर (पूर्वकालिक क्रिया — मुख्य क्रिया 'दिखाती हो' से पहले का कार्य)
kuṭilaṁthe curly, twisting adj. of kaca-pakṣam; kuṭila also = 'crooked'टेढ़े / घुँघराले (केश-समूह का विशेषण; कुटिल का अर्थ वक्र भी)
udghaṭayya — having parted [it] open; kuṭilaṁ kaca-pakṣaṁ — the curly mass of [your] hair
"Having opened up your curly mass of hair..." — the jealous gopī opens her taunt at a rival who is flaunting a garland tucked in her hair.
An udāharaṇa illustrating īrṣyā, 'jealousy' — the mood set up for this section (lead-in: atha īrṣyā, yathā—).

vana-mālāmthe forest-garland (the vana-mālā Kṛṣṇa gave you)(इस) वनमाला को
devi — O lady; kiṁ vana-mālām darśayasi — why do you display the forest-garland?
"...O 'my lady,' why are you parading that forest-garland?" Here is the seed of the śleṣa: she flaunts the garland (vana-mālā); the retort in L4 will turn on its wearer (vana-mālin).

nīla-yaṣṭivad amuṁ mad-alinde
nīla-yaṣṭivadlike a dark-blue staff -vat = 'like'; Viśvanātha hears stambha, ecstatic stillness, in this 'staff' imageनील-यष्टि (नीले डंडे) के समान
amuṁat that one yonder acc., masc. — points ahead to Vanamālin in L4इसको (आगे कहे जाने वाले उस पुरुष को)
mad-alindein my own courtyard locative — where he standsमेरे आँगन में (जहाँ वह खड़ा है)
amuṁ — that one; nīla-yaṣṭivad — like a dark-blue staff; mad-alinde — in my courtyard
"...like a dark-blue staff, standing there in my own courtyard —" she points to Kṛṣṇa himself, planted motionless like a blue rod.
L4example
lokayāli vana-mālinam eva ||
lokayajust look at [him] imperativeदेखो
āliO friend vocative — she turns to her companionहे सखि (वह अपनी सखी की ओर मुड़ती है)
evahis very self — not merely his garlandही
āli — O friend; amuṁ vana-mālinam eva — that very Vanamālin himself; lokaya — look at [him]
"Just look, friend, at Vanamālin himself!" The śleṣa lands here: you flaunt the garland (vana-mālā, L2); I show you its wearer (vana-mālin) standing in MY courtyard — my fortune outdoes yours. That jealous sting is the īrṣyā.
The verse's pivot is the pun vana-mālām (the garland, L2) / vana-mālinam (its wearer Kṛṣṇa, L4): the rival shows the gift, the speaker shows the giver.

kaca-pakṣaṁ kaca-samūham |
kaca-samūhammeans a heap of hairकेश-समूह (अर्थात् बालों का समूह)
kaca-pakṣaṁ — kaca-pakṣa; kaca-samūham — [means] a heap of hair
Jīva glosses kaca-pakṣa as kaca-samūha — simply 'a mass of hair.'

The Amara-kośa: placed after kaca, the words pāśa, pakṣa, hasta (and kalāpa) all mean 'a mass of hair' — so kaca-pakṣa reads as 'braid, mass of hair.'
Why cited: Lexical proof that -pakṣa in kaca-pakṣa means a mass of hair, not a 'wing' or 'side.'

Jīva pins the verse to the chapter's theme: the 'like-a-blue-staff...' lines were spoken precisely out of jealousy (īrṣyā). It is that mood, not any real description, that makes her speak this way.

Here is the sting inside 'blue staff.' By it Lalitā hints that Kṛṣṇa stood stock-still — which is really stambha, an ecstatic sign of love. But she spins it spitefully: that stiffness, she suggests, came either from his joy at seeing Rādhikā and the rest, or from fright at the māna Rādhā was staging. Turning his ecstasy into a taunt — that is her abhyasūyā (jealous spite). She leaves the two causes side by side, unresolved.
stambha (being paralyzed, rooted to the spot) is one of the eight sāttvika-bhāvas, the involuntary bodily signs of deep emotion; Lalitā names an ecstasy only to belittle it.
