vāsarīya-viraha-klama-biddhāṁ
vāsarīya-viraha-klama-biddhāṁher, pierced through by the day-long weariness of separation — the object being joined accusative, first of the epithets of Rādhikā-the-lily; biddhāṁ is a spelling of viddhāṁ, 'pierced'दिन भर के विरह की थकान से बिंधी हुई (उस कुमुदिनी अथवा राधिका) को — कर्म कारक; 'बिद्धा' 'विद्धा' (बेधी हुई) का ही रूप है
vāsarīya-viraha-klama-biddhāṁ — her, pierced by the weariness of the day's separation (accusative object).
The verse opens by describing the one to be joined. She is worn out, pierced by the fatigue of a whole day's separation. On the surface this is the kumudinī, the night-lily, which stays shut and drooping all day while the moon is gone. Underneath it is Rādhikā, worn down by a full day apart from Kṛṣṇa.
An udāharaṇa of kāle saṅgamanam — the sakhī's service of arranging the lovers' union at the right time (the topic set by the lead-in atha kāle saṅgamanaṁ, yathā). Rati-mañjarī speaks the verse to Rūpa-mañjarī, so Viśvanātha. The whole verse runs on a śleṣa: read one way it is the evening twilight joining the night-lily to the moon; read the other way it is the sakhī Lalitā joining Rādhikā to Kṛṣṇa.

valad-clinging, straying about present participle, valat = 'resorting to', which Viśvanātha glosses bhajat-मँडराती हुई — वर्तमान कृदन्त 'वलत्' ('बसती/सेवन करती हुई'), जिसे विश्वनाथ 'भजत्' से समझाते हैं
bhramarālimher rows of bees — or, in the second reading, her rows of ringlets accusative, second epithet; bhramara carries the śleṣa (bee / curl)भ्रमरों की पंक्ति वाली (राधिका) को — कर्म कारक, दूसरा विशेषण; 'भ्रमर' शब्द ही श्लेष उठाता है (भौंरा / अलक)
locanotpala- — over her lotus-eyes (lustrous lotuses); valat- — straying about; bhramara-ālim — her line of bees (or ringlets).
Two pictures at once. In the moon-reading, rows of bees cling and stray about her lustrous lotuses. In the Kṛṣṇa-reading, the same word 'bee' means the little curly ringlets that play over her lotus-eyes.
bhramara is the pivot word: 'bee' on the moon-layer, but 'ringlet' (cūrṇa-kuntala) on the Rādhā-layer. Both Jīva and Viśvanātha stop to flag this — it is the verse's headline double meaning, not a footnote.

This twilight joins Rādhikā-the-lily with the vidhu. Vidhu too is a double word: the moon, and Kṛṣṇa. 'This' points forward to the evening hour that does the joining, named in the last line.

Jīva gives the whole key in one line: the 'bees' of the verse, taken the other way, are her fine curly ringlets. That single equivalence unlocks the second layer of the picture.

Now he unpacks the second epithet on both layers. Moon-layer: hearing locana as rocana (r and l being treated as one sound), it means 'the lustrous ones,' the shining lotus-flowers; she is the lily about whom rows of bees keep settling. Kṛṣṇa-layer: the very same words give a girl whose lines of ringlets stray over her two lotus-eyes — the 'bees' are now her curls.

He clinches the bee-equals-curl move with the dictionary. The Amara-koṣa itself calls the little curls on the forehead 'bhramarakas,' bees. So the śleṣa is not a stretch — the lexicon already licenses reading the ringlets as bees.
Why cited: Cited from the Amara-koṣa to license calling the forehead-curls 'bhramarakas' (little bees) — the lexical peg that grounds the bee/ringlet śleṣa.
