murāreḥ nagare — in Murāri's city; keli-kalāsu — in the arts of love-play; kuśalā — skilled [women].
In Murāri's city there are women expert in every art of love-play.
An udāharaṇa of sakhyāṁ kṛṣṇa-premotkīrtiḥ — the sakhī's open proclaiming of Kṛṣṇa's love [for Rādhā] — verse 191. Amid countless lovely, skilled gopīs, the friend marvels that Kṛṣṇa loves Rādhā alone.

How many lotus-eyed cowherd girls are there not there? Countless.

Why call a cowherd Vraja a 'city'? Because Vraja has left plain village-rusticity behind and carries the refined dealings of a city. And even so, by naming it 'Murāri's,' the poet makes its supreme distinction plain — this is no ordinary refined city, but Kṛṣṇa's own.
