madhye sakhīnāmhere in the midst of all the girlfriendsसखियों के बीच

iti (with L2's khyātim) — such is the fame: mama eva bhaṇitiṁ — my word, and mine alone; madhye sakhīnām — here among the girlfriends; na vyarthāṁ kuruṣe — you never let go to waste.
The sakhī opens by leaning on Rādhā's own reputation for heeding her. 'You never let my word go to waste — not here, in front of all the girlfriends.' That closing 'iti' hands us the content of the fame Kṛṣṇa heard, which the next line reports.
An udāharaṇa of the nāyaka-bhedyā sakhī — the confidante whom the hero can win over to his side (bheda) to plead his case — announced by the lead-in nāyaka-bhedyā, yathā. Viśvanātha names the speaker as the sakhī Tuṅgavidyā, pleading to Śrī Rādhā, who is kalahāntaritā, the woman now parted from her lover by her own quarrel.

Now the fame pays off. Hearing that report — that you always heed my word — the clever Madhu-foe, Kṛṣṇa, has firmly thrown himself on me for help. Viśvanātha adds that 'clever' is pointed: he came precisely to test whether my reputation is real.

Then the plea in two beats. First: 'Look at my face, and relent — right now.' Then she points: 'this frightened one standing before you' — that is Kṛṣṇa, held in suspense as the object of 'accept' in the closing line.

tuṅgavidyā — Tuṅgavidyā; kalahāntaritāṁ śrī-rādhām āha — speaks to Rādhā in the kalahāntaritā mood; na vyartham iti — [the verse] beginning 'na vyartham.'
Viśvanātha sets the scene: the speaker is the sakhī Tuṅgavidyā, and she is addressing Rādhā in the kalahāntaritā mood — the woman now kept apart because she herself picked the quarrel. The verse opens 'na vyartham.'

ataḥ mama eva na tu tāsāmso the word is mine alone, and not theirs tu — 'and not'; marks the contrast with the partisan sakhīsइसलिए मेरे ही (वचन), परन्तु उन (पक्षपाती सखियों) के नहीं ('तु' विरोध दिखाता है)
iti arthaḥthat is the meaning— ऐसा अर्थ है
mama eva iti — on 'mine alone'; māna-samaye ... mānaṁ tyaja iti — at sulking-time, 'drop the māna,' as Viśākhā's set say; utkaṇṭhā-samaye ... mānaṁ kuru iti — at longing-time, 'keep the māna,' as Lalitā's set say; tvām ahaṁ kadāpi na avocam — I never said either to you; ataḥ mama eva na tu tāsām — so it is mine alone, not theirs; iti arthaḥ — that is the sense.
He unpacks 'mine alone.' When you were sulking, I never told you 'drop the māna' the way Viśākhā's group does. When you were aching for him, I never told you 'keep the māna' the way Lalitā's group does. I never pushed you either way. So this counsel of mine is impartial — mine alone, not like theirs. That is why it must not go to waste.
