nava-avinaya-utkarethe heap of fresh offenses — the thing that came to light locative, subject of the absolute clauseनये अविनय (अनुचित बर्ताव) के समूह के — यही उस सति-सप्तमी का कर्ता है
nava-avinaya-utkare — the heap of fresh offenses; sarabhasam — all at once; abhivyaktiṁ yāte — when it had become manifest.
When the heap of fresh offenses had all at once come out into the open —
An udāharaṇa of the kopanā sakhī — the friend who, once the [heroine's] māna (sulking pride) begins to slacken, forcibly rekindles it. This unit's lead-in names the type: 'māna-śaithilye kopanā,' the kopanā comes forward when the māna is slackening.

Kṛṣṇa, the foe of Agha, had by his deft coaxing brought the tender lady round to being pleased again.
agha-dviṣ — 'foe of Agha,' an epithet of Kṛṣṇa (Agha being the serpent-demon he slew); it names Kṛṣṇa as the one doing the coaxing.

The crooked friend's eyebrow knit and writhed like a she-serpent, and at that coiling the lady was set trembling.
The pivot image is a rūpaka: cillī, the eyebrow, is figured as vyālī, a she-serpent — a knitting, writhing brow becomes a coiling snake, and its 'roving' (paribhrama) is what scares the heroine back into her māna.

So the gentle lady turned her face aside and, in spite of herself, once more forced on a frown.
The whole illustrates the kopanā at work: her māna was already slackening (L2), but the friend's serpent-brow drags her back — 'again' (bhūyaḥ) and 'willy-nilly' (haṭhāt) both mark the frown as reluctant, forced back on.

nave — nava; navīne — [means] fresh; avinaya-utkare — avinaya-utkara; aparādha-samūhe — [means] the heap of offenses.
He unpacks the verse's compound: 'nava' means fresh, and 'avinaya-utkara' means the heap of offenses. Both stay in the locative, filling out the verse's opening 'when it came to light' clause.
