śrī-rādhāyā gāḍhānurāgaṁ prakaṭayantī lalitā śrī-kṛṣṇāgratas tāṁ mānābhāsavatīṁ śrī-rādhām āha—dhāreti |
śrī-rādhāyā gāḍhānurāgaṁŚrī Rādhā's deep love gāḍha = 'intense, deep'; anurāgaṁ (acc) is the object of prakaṭayantīश्रीराधा के गाढ़ (गहरे) अनुराग को — 'प्रकट करती हुई' का कर्म
prakaṭayantīputting [it] on display, making [it] plain present participle, feminine — describing Lalitā, the one revealingप्रकट करती हुई (स्त्रीलिंग वर्तमान कृदन्त — ललिता का विशेषण)

tāṁ mānābhāsavatīṁ śrī-rādhāmto that Śrī Rādhā, who wears only a semblance of jealous pride accusative addressee; mānābhāsa-vatī = 'possessing mānābhāsa', a mere appearance of māna, not the real thingउस मानाभास वाली श्रीराधा से (जिसमें सच्चे मान का केवल आभास है)
āha—dhāretispeaks the verse beginning 'dhārā…' āha = 'says'; dhāreti = the pratīka (opening-word tag) of the mūlaकहती है — 'धारा…' (आह — कहती है; 'धारेति' मूल का प्रतीक-शब्द)
lalitā — Lalitā; śrī-kṛṣṇāgrataḥ — before Śrī Kṛṣṇa; śrī-rādhāyā gāḍhānurāgaṁ prakaṭayantī — putting Rādhā's deep love on display; tāṁ mānābhāsavatīṁ śrī-rādhām — to that Rādhā who wears only a semblance of jealous pride; āha — speaks; dhāreti — the verse 'dhārā…'.
śrī-rādhāyā gāḍhānurāgaṁ — श्रीराधा के गहरे अनुराग को; prakaṭayantī — प्रकट करती हुई; lalitā — ललिता; śrī-kṛṣṇāgrataḥ — श्रीकृष्ण के सम्मुख; tāṁ mānābhāsavatīṁ śrī-rādhām — मान के आभास वाली उस श्रीराधा से; āha—dhāreti — कहती है — 'धारा…'।
Viśvanātha sets the scene: Lalitā speaks the 'dhārā' verse to Rādhā in order to parade Rādhā's deep love right in front of Kṛṣṇa. Rādhā's 'pride' here is only a semblance of māna (mānābhāsa), not true jealous anger. So the scolding is really a device — while seeming to chide Rādhā, Lalitā advertises her love to Kṛṣṇa.
श्रीराधा के गहरे अनुराग को प्रकट करती हुई ललिता, श्रीकृष्ण के सामने, केवल मान का आभास रखने वाली उस श्रीराधा से कहती है — 'धारा…'।
mānābhāsa — literally a 'semblance (ābhāsa) of māna'. Home meaning: māna is the sulking jealous pride of a heroine; here Viśvanātha marks it as only an appearance of that, which is why Lalitā can safely turn it into a showcase of love.
मानाभास — अर्थात् 'मान का आभास (छायामात्र)'। मान तो नायिका का रूठा हुआ, ईर्ष्या-भरा अभिमान है; यहाँ विश्वनाथ इसे उसी का केवल आभास बताते हैं — इसीलिए ललिता निश्चिन्त होकर इसे प्रेम की झाँकी में बदल सकती है।

premeti karma-padam |
premetithe word 'prema' prema iti — iti marks 'prema' as the word being discussed'प्रेम' शब्द (इति — जिस शब्द की चर्चा हो रही है, उसका सूचक)
karma-padamis the object-word karman = grammatical object; i.e. prema is the accusative object of nirmitsataḥ ('wishing to fashion'), from L1, not the subject of the 'iti' clauseकर्म-पद है — अर्थात् (पूर्व पंक्ति के) निर्मित्सतः का कर्म, न कि 'इति' वाक्य का कर्ता
prema iti — the word 'prema'; karma-padam — is the object-word (the object of 'nirmitsataḥ', 'wishing to fashion').
premeti — 'प्रेम' शब्द; karma-padam — कर्म-पद (निर्मित्सतः का कर्म)।
A grammar point: 'prema' is the object-word. Read it back with 'nirmitsataḥ' in the first line — 'wishing to fashion prema in this one'. Do not mistake it for the subject of the phrase 'prema asmin iti'.
'प्रेम' शब्द यहाँ कर्म-पद है — अर्थात् (पूर्व पंक्ति के) निर्मित्सतः का कर्म, न कि 'इति' वाक्य का कर्ता।

sācīkṛtaṁ vakrī-kṛtaṁ'sācīkṛta' means 'made crooked, arched' vakrī-kṛta is the plain synonym given for sācīkṛta'साचीकृत' का सीधा पर्याय दिया गया — 'वक्रीकृत' (टेढ़ा किया हुआ)
bhrū-dvandvaṁ yayā sāshe by whom the pair of eyebrows [was arched] — that she resolves the bahuvrīhi; yayā = 'by whom' (instr.), sā = 'she'जिसके द्वारा (यया) भौंहों की जोड़ी (टेढ़ी की गई), वह (सा) — बहुव्रीहि का विग्रह
kopāvajñānavatīis one full of anger and scorn kopa = 'anger'; avajñāna = 'looking down, disdain'; -vatī = 'possessing'क्रोध (कोप) और अवज्ञा (अवज्ञान — तिरस्कार) से युक्त (-वती)
ity arthaḥthat is the meaningऐसा अर्थ है
sācīkṛtaṁ — [glossed as] vakrī-kṛtaṁ, made crooked; bhrū-dvandvaṁ yayā sā — she by whom the eyebrow-pair [was arched]; kopāvajñānavatī — is full of anger and scorn; ity arthaḥ — that is the sense.
sācīkṛtaṁ vakrī-kṛtaṁ — 'साचीकृत' = 'वक्रीकृत'; bhrū-dvandvaṁ yayā sā — जिसने भौंहों की जोड़ी टेढ़ी की, वह; kopāvajñānavatī — क्रोध और अवज्ञा से युक्त; ity arthaḥ — ऐसा अर्थ।
'sācīkṛta' just means 'made crooked.' So the address 'she whose eyebrow-pair is arched' (from the lead-in 'sācīkṛta-bhrū-dvandvā') unpacks as: she is full of anger and disdain. That is the force of how Lalitā tags Rādhā.
जिसने अपनी भौंहों की जोड़ी को टेढ़ा (साची = वक्री) कर रखा है, वह — अर्थात् क्रोध और अवज्ञा (तिरस्कार) से भरी हुई — ऐसा अर्थ है।
