iti dyotayantī — she is silently signalling this: kuṭile viśākhike — O crooked Viśākhā; puṣpāvacayana-miṣeṇa — on the excuse of picking flowers; dūram ānīya — having led me far off; asya lampaṭasya haste māṁ prakṣipasi — you fling me into this rake's hand; tiṣṭha tiṣṭha — just wait; tat-pratiphalam ahaṁ ca te dāsyāmi — and I will pay you back for it.
The feigned anger is really a message she bites into her lip and flashes at Viśākhā: 'You crafty Viśākhā! On the excuse of picking flowers you dragged me far off and threw me into this rake's hands — just you wait, I'll pay you back for it!' Not a word is spoken; the lip-bite says it all.
This is the point of adhara-daṁśa here: the bitten lip is a silent gesture (dyotayantī, 'making evident') that carries a whole mock-scolding — the pretend-anger of L3 read as a coded signal, not real displeasure.
