vidhunvatī madana-dhanur bhayaṅkaraṁ
vidhunvatīas you [Viśākhā] brandish [them] feminine present participle, nom.
madana-dhanuḥthan even Cupid's (Madana's) bow the standard of comparison for bhayaṅkaram — the arched brows out-fear Cupid's own bowकामदेव के धनुष से भी (अधिक) — जिसकी तुलना में यह और भी डरावना है
bhayaṅkarammore terrifying — [describing the eyebrow-pair] acc. neuter, agrees with yugalam in L2भयंकर (डरावना) — L2 के भौंह-युगल का विशेषण
vidhunvatī — as you brandish [them]; madana-dhanuḥ bhayaṅkaram [bhruvor yugalam] — the pair of brows more terrifying than Cupid's bow.
Brandishing a pair of eyebrows more terrifying than Cupid's very bow...
An udāharaṇa of bhruvor dhūtiḥ — the two eyebrows serving as the female messenger (dūtī), the topic the lead-in to 7.34 opens with, 'bhruvor dhūtiḥ'. The brows, arched like a bow, carry the heroine's message. Viśvanātha (s1) names the speaker as Vṛndā; the addressee, Viśākhā, is named in the verse itself (viśākhike, L3).

gandha-sindhuro mada-srāvī hastī ||
gandha-sindhuraḥ'gandha-sindhura' [the word in L4] the term being glossed, nom.'
hastī— that is, an elephantहाथी (है)
gandha-sindhuraḥ — a gandha-sindhura; mada-srāvī hastī — [is] a rut-oozing elephant.
Jīva unpacks the word gandha-sindhura: it is an elephant oozing must (mada) — a bull in rut.
mada is the dark ichor a bull-elephant secretes from its temples when in rut; a gandha-sindhura (lit. 'scent-elephant') is such a musth bull, whose very scent maddens and cows other elephants — a stock image of irresistible, ungovernable power.

'katham asau mat-samīpam āyāti' iti — the thought 'how dare he come near me?'; bhrū-dhūnana-kāraṇam jñeyam — is to be understood as the cause of the eyebrow-shaking.
Viśvanātha supplies the inner reason for the brow-play. Take Viśākhā to be thinking, 'How dare he come so near me!' That proud, indignant thought is what sets her eyebrows shaking — the message the brows carry to Kṛṣṇa.
