te — your; kalahāntaritātvam — being a kalahāntaritā; jñātvā eva — knowing it precisely; mayā — by me; evam — in this way; ucyase — you are addressed; iti dhvaniḥ — such is the dhvani.
The unspoken suggestion is: 'It is precisely because I know you are a kalahāntaritā — a heroine parted from her lover by her own quarrel — that I speak to you like this.'
kalahāntaritā is one of the nāyikā types catalogued in this Nāyikā-bheda chapter: the heroine separated from her beloved through a quarrel of her own making, who then burns with regret; Viśākhā's whole appeal is pitched to that state. (Source 'ucyasa' reads for the expected 'ucyase'.)
