sevā-anubandhe — while [you] cling in ceaseless service; mad-vaktra-ambhoruha-parimala-unmatta — maddened by the fragrance of my face-lotus. [The clause runs on into L2.]
O bee, drunk on the perfume of my face — my 'lotus' — you hover about me without a break. This line has no verb of its own; it sets up the reproach that lands in the next line.
'sevā-anubandhe' carries a double duty (a syntactic śleṣa): on the surface it is the bee's obsessive attendance on her face, but the commentators read it together with 'patyuḥ' in L2 as her own household service to her husband — the innocent cover-story.

So, O black bee — why on earth do you throw up such a hindrance to my service to my husband? Your buzzing around me gets in the way of my chores. But the address 'kṛṣṇa-bhramara' splits open: 'Kṛṣṇa' + 'bee' — it is really Kṛṣṇa, come in disguise, that she is speaking to.

Foreground the śleṣa here: on the surface a scolding of a real bee, underneath the tryst-message to Kṛṣṇa. Everything from here on runs on both tracks at once.
