uru-yugalam — your pair of thighs; rambhā-śriyam — the beauty of the plantain stalk; upahasati — mocks. [prabhā-ārambham — the first onset of radiance, object of 'devours' from the line before.]
(राधा की) जाँघों का जोड़ा (कामदेव के) धनुष की कान्ति के आरम्भ को और रम्भा (केले) की शोभा को उपहास कर देता है।
Your pair of thighs mocks the beauty of the plantain stalk. The opening words here, 'the first gleam [of Kāma's bow],' actually close the previous line — they are what your eyebrow's play 'devours.'
राधा की दोनों जाँघें ऐसी हैं कि वे कामदेव के धनुष की उठती हुई कान्ति को और केले के तने की शोभा को भी मात कर देती हैं।
The line runs over: 'bhruvor vikṣepas te kavalayati mīna-dhvaja-dhanuḥ-' ends the lead-in, and prabhā-ārambham completes that clause before the thigh-clause begins. Rambhā is the plantain (banana) tree, the stock standard for lovely tapering thighs.

स्तनों का युगल रथचरण (चक्रवाक) के युवा युगल के विलास को धारण करता है।
Your two breasts carry the graceful love-play of a young cakravāka couple. The two round, ruddy birds, always nestled together, are the image for the two breasts.
राधा के दोनों स्तन ऐसे हैं मानो चक्रवाक पक्षियों के युवा जोड़े की क्रीड़ा-शोभा को अपने भीतर धारण कर रहे हों।
Cakravāka (ruddy goose) pairs are the classic lovers of poetry — inseparable by day. Two of them make the natural picture for a matched pair of breasts.

cūḍāmaṇi is the jewel worn at the very crown of the head — hence 'the topmost, the finest of a class.'

It is Śrī Kṛṣṇa who speaks this verse, the one that opens with 'bhruvoḥ' ('of your two eyebrows...').
श्रीकृष्ण 'भ्रुवोः...' इस श्लोक से (यह वचन) कहते हैं।
Viśvanātha sets the frame: these are Kṛṣṇa's own words, addressed to Rādhā.

dhanuṣaḥ prabhāyāḥ ārambham kavalayati iti etat — 'devours the onset of the bow's radiance' means: agre — henceforth; tasya — of that bow; śobhā-udgamaḥ eva na bhavati — not even a show of splendor arises; kiṁ punaḥ vikramaḥ iti — let alone any prowess.
'(जाँघों का जोड़ा) धनुष की कान्ति के आरम्भ को निगल जाता है' — यह जो कहा, उसका (आशय यह कि जाँघों के) सामने उस धनुष की शोभा का उदय ही नहीं होता, फिर पराक्रम की तो बात ही क्या।
'It devours the first gleam of the bow' means this: from now on Kāma's bow cannot even begin to display its beauty — so how could it ever show its striking-power? Your eyebrow's play snuffs the bow out before it can even shine.
कहने का आशय यह है — राधा की जाँघों के सामने कामदेव के धनुष की कान्ति का उदय तक नहीं होता; फिर उस धनुष के पराक्रम की तो बात ही क्या।

उस (धनुष के) बाण से भी करोड़ गुना बढ़कर आपका कटाक्ष-बाण मुझ पर प्रहार करेगा — यह ध्वनि है।
The hidden overtone is: 'Your sidelong glance is an arrow millions of times fiercer than Kāma's own — and it is about to hit me.'
इसमें यह व्यंजना छिपी है — उस धनुष के बाण से भी करोड़ों गुना तीव्र आपके कटाक्ष का बाण मुझ पर प्रहार करेगा।
dhvani = the meaning the poem suggests without stating it outright. Here the surface praises the eyebrows; the dhvani is Kṛṣṇa confessing he is the target.

śāka-pārthiva-ādiḥthis is a compound of the 'śāka-pārthiva' type, where a middle term drops outयह 'शाक-पार्थिव' आदि (मध्यमपदलोपी समास) का प्रकार है
ratha-caraṇaḥ — the word ratha-caraṇa; cakravākaḥ — means the cakravāka; yayoḥ jātiḥ [cakravākaḥ] tayoḥ yūnoḥ iti — 'of the two young ones whose species is that'; śāka-pārthiva-ādiḥ — a middle-word-eliding compound of the śāka-pārthiva class.
'रथचरण' का अर्थ चक्रवाक है; जिन दोनों की जाति चक्रवाक है, उन दोनों युवा (पक्षियों) का — इस प्रकार यह 'शाक-पार्थिव' आदि की भाँति (मध्यमपदलोपी समास) खुलता है।
'Ratha-caraṇa,' literally 'chariot-wheel,' is a name for the cakravāka bird. So 'ratha-caraṇa-yūnoḥ' unpacks as 'of the two young birds of the cakravāka species' — the word 'species' being silently dropped inside the compound. Grammar calls this the 'śāka-pārthiva' pattern.
यहाँ 'रथचरण' का अर्थ चक्रवाक पक्षी है। 'रथचरण-यूनोः' का विग्रह — जिन दोनों की जाति चक्रवाक है, उन दोनों युवाओं का; यह 'शाक-पार्थिव' आदि की तरह मध्यमपदलोपी समास है।
śāka-pārthiva is the textbook example of a compound with an elided middle word (madhyama-pada-lopa): śāka-(priya-)pārthiva = 'the (vegetable-loving) king' → 'vegetable-king.' Just so, ratha-caraṇa-(jāti-)yūnoḥ = 'the young ones (of the cakravāka species).'

vilasitamthe word 'vilasita' [carries three senses]: lemma being glossed'विलसित' (पद का अर्थ)
saha-bhāva-krīḍām(1) their love-play of being togetherसाथ भाव से (मिलकर) की गई क्रीड़ा को
viśeṣeṇa lasitam dīptim(2) the special gleam — 'vi-lasita' read as 'shining (lasita) in a special way (viśeṣeṇa)' an etymological gloss of vi + lasitaविशेष रूप से शोभित होना, अर्थात् दीप्ति को (वि + लसित)
tad-ākāra-śobhām ca(3) and the beauty of that [birds'] shapeऔर उस (चक्रवाक) के आकार की शोभा को
vilasitam — the word vilasita means: saha-bhāva-krīḍām — the play of being together; viśeṣeṇa lasitam dīptim — the special shining, i.e. luster; tad-ākāra-śobhām ca — and the beauty of their form.
'विलसित' का अर्थ — साथ मिलकर की गई क्रीड़ा को, विशेष रूप से शोभित होना अर्थात् दीप्ति को, और उस (चक्रवाक) के आकार की शोभा को।
'Vilasita' is read three ways at once: the couple's love-play of togetherness; a special radiance — breaking the word as 'vi-lasita,' shining in a heightened way; and the beauty of the birds' very shape. All three transfer to the breasts: their nestled togetherness, their glow, and their rounded form.
'विलसित' शब्द के तीन अर्थ लिए जा सकते हैं — साथ मिलकर की जानेवाली क्रीड़ा, वि+लसित अर्थात् विशेष दीप्ति, और उस चक्रवाक के आकार की शोभा।
The middle sense is a nirukti — Viśvanātha splits vilasita into vi (viśeṣeṇa, 'specially') + lasita ('shining') to draw out the 'radiance' reading alongside the plain 'love-play' one.
