tāsu api — even among all those heroines; śrī-rādhikā-bhāvasya — of Śrī Rādhikā's love; parama-adbhutam utkarṣam — the utterly astonishing, surpassing height; āha — he states; bhujā-catuṣṭayam iti.
Viśvanātha: Even set among all those heroines, Śrī Rādhikā's love rises to an utterly astonishing height above them all. To state that height, Rūpa speaks the verse beginning "bhujā-catuṣṭayam."
Note where Viśvanātha pitches this differently from Jīva: Jīva said the verse brings out Rādhā's vaiśiṣṭya (distinction); Viśvanātha says it states the paramādbhuta utkarṣa — the utterly astonishing, surpassing height — of her bhāva (love), and the tāsv api ("even among them") explicitly ranks her above the whole company of heroines just discussed. Do not collapse the two: one names a distinction, the other names a summit.
