yathā nāyaka-prakaraṇe — just as in the hero-section; aupapatyasya adharma-hetutvena vigītatve’pi — although being a paramour is decried because it causes irreligion; śrī-kṛṣṇe parama-saṅgītatvaṁ sthāpitam — in Kṛṣṇa's case it was established as supremely acclaimed; tathā atra nāyikā-prakaraṇe’pi — so too here in the heroine-section; paroḍhātvasya vigītatve’pi — although being another's wife is decried; śrī-gopīṣu kṛṣṇa-kāmitatvena — in the gopīs' case, because they desire Kṛṣṇa alone; parama-saṅgītatvaṁ sthāpayati — he establishes it as supremely acclaimed; nāsau nāṭya iti — with the words 'nāsau nāṭye.'
Look at what he did in the hero-section. Being a paramour causes irreligion, so it is decried. Yet in Kṛṣṇa's case Rūpa established it as something supremely praised. He does the very same here in the heroine-section. Being a woman married to another is decried too. Yet in the gopīs' case — because they long for Kṛṣṇa alone — he establishes it as supremely praised. That is the work the verse 'nāsau nāṭye' does.
The pairing turns on a word-play: vigīta ('ill-sung' = decried) set against saṅgīta ('well-sung' = acclaimed, celebrated) — the same act sung two opposite ways. (Source has a typo, 'paroḍḥātvasya' for 'paroḍhātvasya.')
