Translation
You have been shown to us by the Creator, as we desire to cross Kali, hard to cross and stealing people's strength, just as a helmsman is shown to those who would cross the ocean.
हम जो मनुष्यों का सत्त्व हरने वाले दुस्तर कलि को पार करना चाहते हैं, उन्हें धाता ने आपको दिखाया है, जैसे समुद्र पार करने वालों को कर्णधार मिलता है।

asmiṁś ca samaye tvad-darśanam īśvareṇaiva saṁpāditam ity abhinandanti—tvam iti |
At this time, they praise the fact that seeing you has been arranged by the Lord Himself, in the verse beginning tvam.
इस समय आपका दर्शन ईश्वर ने ही सम्पन्न कराया है, ऐसा वे 'त्वम्' से अभिनन्दन करते हैं।

On kaliṁ — For those who desire to cross Kali, that is, saṁsāra.

On arṇavam and karṇa-dhāraḥ — Like a helmsman, a boatman, for those who desire to cross the ocean.

In the verse beginning tvam, the sages praise the fact that, at this very time, their seeing of you has been arranged by the Lord Himself.
