bhṛṅgābhṛṅgīby the bees swarming him — he-bees and she-bees alike bhṛṅgā-bhṛṅgī; the doubling piles bee on bee for a whole buzzing swarm, and feeds instrumentally into the next wordभौंरे-पर-भौंरे, अर्थात् भौंरों के पूरे समूह के द्वारा (यह पद अगले पद में साधनरूप से जुड़ता है)
praṇīta-saṁrambhamgoaded into a furious charging a second accusative describing hariṁ — praṇīta 'brought on, led forth' + saṁrambha 'flurry, charging fury'; the swarming bees drive the make-believe bull to toss and chargeजिसमें (भौंरों के द्वारा) चढ़-दौड़ का आवेश उत्पन्न कर दिया गया है, ऐसे (कृष्ण को) — भौंरों ने बनावटी बैल को उकसाकर उसमें आक्रामक जोश भर दिया
hariṁ — Hari (subject of the next line); kambala-kṛta-vṛṣa-veṣaṁ — got up as a bull out of a woolen blanket; bhṛṅgābhṛṅgī-praṇīta-saṁrambham — his furious charging goaded on by the swarming bees.
Kṛṣṇa has dressed himself up as a bull, the costume rigged out of a woolen blanket. Bees swarm the blanket — he-bees and she-bees, a whole buzzing crowd — and goad the make-believe bull into tossing and charging about in fury. It is a piece of pure play-acting.
An udāharaṇa of śuddha-hāsya, 'pure comedy,' conveyed veśa-ceṣṭābhyāṁ, 'by dress and gesture' — the mode announced in this unit's lead-in and set up in the kārikā of 262 (v183), where the wise call the pure-laughter variety likewise threefold: by speech, by dress, and by gesture. The bull costume is the veśa; the goaded charging is the ceṣṭā. The companion verse at v184 (262q1) illustrated the same comedy conveyed vācā, 'by speech.'

vidhiḥ — the Creator, Brahmā; hariṁ prekṣya — on seeing Hari got up as the bull; gabhīraḥ api — grave though he is; mudira-cchannaḥ — like a deep sky veiled by a raincloud; ahasīt — laughed out loud.
Then the Creator, Brahmā, caught sight of Kṛṣṇa in that bull get-up — and, grave as he is, he burst out laughing. The image is of a deep, thunder-bearing sky wrapped in cloud: just as the rumble breaks through even so, Brahmā's own gravity could not keep the laugh in. That even solemn Brahmā laughed is the whole point — and it works entirely through Kṛṣṇa's costume and antics, without a single word spoken. That is pure comedy carried by dress and gesture.

Kṛṣṇa had got himself up as a bull, the costume rigged out of a woolen blanket, and a whole swarm of bees — he-bees and she-bees alike — set upon the blanket and goaded the make-believe bull into a furious tossing and charging. Catching sight of Hari in that get-up, the Creator Brahmā burst out laughing — solemn though he is, like a deep sky wrapped in a thundercloud whose rumble breaks through all the same, his gravity could not hold the laugh in.

An udāharaṇa of śuddha-hāsya ('pure comedy') conveyed veśa-ceṣṭābhyāṁ, 'by dress and gesture' — the bull costume is the veśa, the goaded charging the ceṣṭā — illustrating the mode set up in the kārikā of 262; that even grave Brahmā laughs, with no word spoken, is its whole point.
