dehi kundam iti devi vakṣyatī
dehi kundamthe words she meant to speak — 'give me a kunda (jasmine) flower' dehi = imperative 'give'; kundam acc., the flower asked for'कुन्द दो' — 'देहि' आज्ञा 'दे दो', 'कुन्दम्' कर्म में वह पुष्प जो माँगा जा रहा है
iti— so [she was set to say], marking the request she had in mindऐसा कहकर (यह उद्धरण का सूचक है)
deviO lady vocative; the sakhī addressing Rādhāहे देवि!
vakṣyatīyou who were just on the point of saying [it] fem. future participle, nom., agreeing with the Rādhā addressed (2nd person) in the next lineजो (तू) कहने वाली थी
devi — O lady; dehi kundam iti vakṣyatī [tvam] — you who were just about to say 'give me a kunda flower'…
O lady, you were right on the point of asking, 'Give me a kunda flower.'
An udāharaṇa of anurāga-prakāśa — the welling-up of deep love — expressed vācā, through speech: the first of the three modes named in the kārikā just given ('anurāga-prakāśo'pi bhogecchā-narmavat tridhā', 'the showing-forth of anurāga too is threefold, like the playful hint of desire'). Here a sakhī teases Rādhā, whose love for Kṛṣṇa betrays itself in a slip of the tongue.

abravīḥyou [actually] said 2nd sg. impf.
yat — whereas; avilambam — without delay; mukundam — 'Mukunda'; abravīḥ — you [instead] said
But instead, without a heartbeat's pause, out came 'Mukunda' — the Lord's own name in place of the flower kunda.
The śleṣa turns on kundam / mukundam: aiming at kunda, 'jasmine,' her tongue produced Mukunda, Kṛṣṇa — the love within supplying the extra syllable. This unbidden slip is the anurāga-prakāśa the verse illustrates.

tena — because of that slip; sāmpratam — now; [tat vratam] vikara-svaram abhūt — [that vow] has become off-key
— by that one slip it has now struck a false note. The pose of the chaste family-woman is given away; your love for Mukunda has spoken for you.
vikara-svaram carries the tease home: the 'vow' is imagined as a tune, and the stray 'Mukunda' has thrown it off-key — the pretense of chastity now rings false. So the verse exemplifies the kārikā just defined: anurāga betraying itself vācā, through speech.

O lady, you were right on the point of saying 'give me a kunda (jasmine) flower' — yet, without a heartbeat's pause, out slipped 'Mukunda,' the Lord's own name, in place of the flower; and by that one slip the vow you keep up, of being the chaste guardian of the family's honor, has this very moment struck a false note, its tune broken and its pretense exposed.
An udāharaṇa quoted to illustrate anurāga-prakāśa expressed vācā (through speech) — the first of the three modes of the kārikā 'anurāga-prakāśo'pi bhogecchā-narmavat tridhā'; the kundam/mukundam śleṣa makes deep love betray itself in a slip of the tongue.
