yad upahasasi māṁ sadābhisārot-
yadthat you — (the concession, answered by 'tad … yuktam' in L2) yad … tad correlative; concessive 'that…'
upahasasiyou mock, you laugh at [me]तू हँसी उड़ाती है, ताना मारती है
sadābhisārot-— me, whose heart is always eager for the tryst (compound runs on into L2) sadā-abhisāra-utsuka-, completed by -hṛdayām in L2; utsuka = 'eager', abhisāra = the lover's trystसदा अभिसार के लिए उत्सुक — सदा-अभिसार-उत्सुक-; यह पद अगली पंक्ति के -हृदयाम् से पूरा होता है; उत्सुक अर्थात् व्याकुल, अभिसार अर्थात् प्रिय से मिलने का सङ्केत-मिलन
yad — that; upahasasi — you mock; mām sadā-abhisāra-utsuka-hṛdayām — me, whose heart is always eager for the tryst.
You mock me for being forever eager to slip off to a tryst.
An udāharaṇa of anurāga-prakāśa through veśa — the revealing of deep love (anurāga) by the body's own outward appearance, the second of the three modes (by speech, by veśa, by gesture) named at kārikā 260 (v176, 'anurāga-prakāśo'pi … tridhā'). A teased girl retorts: her friend's involuntary horripilation is the veśa that betrays the friend's own hidden love.

(abhisāra-utsuka-)hṛdayām — [me] whose heart is eager for the tryst; tad — that mocking; atra — here; abhitaḥ — in every way; yuktam — is fair enough.
All right — mocking me for that is fair enough.

You mock me for having a heart forever eager to slip away to a tryst — and fair enough, on that count the teasing is fully deserved. But then tell me: on your own body, at nothing more than talk of Hari coming up, how did a whole row of goosebumps burst into bloom? Your own hidden love gives you away just as plainly as mine.
An udāharaṇa illustrating anurāga-prakāśa through veśa — deep love (anurāga) betrayed by the body's own outward state — the second of the three modes (by speech, by veśa, by gesture) defined at kārikā 260 (v176); a teased gopī turns her friend's involuntary horripilation at Hari's name into proof of the friend's equally hidden love.
