tulyaiḥ sahawith opponents who are our equals saha + instrumental, 'with'अपने समान (बराबरवाले) लोगों के साथ
yuddham racayituṁto wage a fight racayituṁ, infinitive of purpose, 'to make/wage'युद्ध करने के लिए
ucitaṁis the fitting thing to doउचित है
vayaṁ bālāḥ — we are only boys; tulyaiḥ saha yuddham racayituṁ — to wage a fight with our equals; ucitaṁ — is the fitting thing.
We are just boys. The proper thing is to fight opponents our own size.
An udāharaṇa of saṁlāpa, the 'deep, proud exchange between opponents,' the sandhy-aṅga defined just above in 253 (v159) — mutual grave speech charged with envy and anger and carrying the vīra and adbhuta rasas. Here the boy's taunting challenge to the wrestlers is that exchange.

...what level-headed person would ever stage a wrestling-arena of tender calves pitted against rut-maddened bull-elephants? The taunt is plain: matching us boys against you is exactly that mismatch. The proud, deep back-and-forth of challenger and wrestlers is what makes this a saṁlāpa.
