sakhyas tā militā nisarga-madhura-premābhirāmīkṛtā
sakhyas tāthose dear girlfriends (sakhīs) of mine sakhyaḥ tāḥ, nominative plural — the subject of militāवे सखियाँ (जो militā की कर्ता हैं)
militāhave all gathered, are met together militāḥ, agreeing with the sakhīsआ मिलीं, एक साथ जुट गईं
nisarga-madhura-premābhirāmīkṛtāeach made lovely by her own inborn, sweet love abhirāmī-kṛtāḥ (cvi: 'turned into abhirāma, delightful'); nisarga 'innate' + madhura 'sweet' + prema 'love'स्वभाव से ही मधुर प्रेम के द्वारा जो मनोहर बना दी गई हैं
sakhyaḥ tāḥ — those dear friends of mine; nisarga-madhura-premābhirāmīkṛtāḥ — made lovely by their inborn, sweet love; militāḥ — have all gathered.
My dear friends have all gathered, each of them made the lovelier by her own inborn, sweet love. This verse begins the illustration: at the play's very close, Rādhā counts over everything she has been given.
An udāharaṇa of upasaṁhāra, the sandhy-aṅga just defined in nc.6.119 as kṛtārthatā 'having won one's every aim', 'marked by the gaining of all one longs for' (sarvābhīṣṭopalakṣitaḥ). Here Rādhā, at the play's close, finds friends, elders, mother-in-law, and union with Kṛṣṇa all attained at once — the very picture of that kṛtārthatā. The verse is quoted from the tenth act (10.36) of the same play, spoken by Rādhikā with joy.

yā amī — those dear womenfolk of mine; me samagan tu — have come together round me, yes; śvaśrūḥ ca goṣṭheśvarī — and my mother-in-law, the queen of the cowherd realm (Yaśodā); saṁstavavatī — full of praise for me.
My own dear womenfolk have all gathered round me. And my mother-in-law too — Yaśodā, the queen of the cowherd village — is full of warm praise. So even the elders are on her side.
yāmī = yā amī, 'those women' — the elder gopīs and kinswomen now assembled about Rādhā. śvaśrūḥ goṣṭheśvarī, 'the mother-in-law who is mistress of the cowherd village', is Yaśodā.

And here in the bowers of Vṛndā's forest, this union with You has turned all festive — the line is left hanging, to be finished by the next.
raṅgavān runs on into saṁvṛttaḥ in L4: 'has become full of delight.' The sentence is deliberately suspended across the two lines.

[saṅgaḥ] raṅgavān saṁvṛttaḥ — [the union] has become full of delight; ataḥ paraṁ — beyond this; kiṁ priyataraṁ kartavyam — what dearer thing to be done; atra me [asti] — is there here for me?
— it has come fully to be. So what dearer thing than this is left here for me to have done? Nothing at all. With this the illustration shows kṛtārthatā at its peak: every aim already won, nothing more to wish for — which is exactly what upasaṁhāra names.
Rādhā turns Kṛṣṇa's own words back on him. In the lead-in he had asked kim ataḥ paraṁ te priyaṁ karavāṇi — 'what dearer thing than this shall I do for you?'; she answers kim ataḥ paraṁ priyataraṁ kartavyam atra me [asti] — nothing dearer remains to be done. Her rhetorical question is the mark of full kṛtārthatā, so this verse fits the upasaṁhāra defined just above.

An udāharaṇa of upasaṁhāra (defined in nc.6.119 as kṛtārthatā, 'having won one's every aim'): quoted from act ten (10.36) of the play, Rādhā at its close finds friends, elders, mother-in-law, and union with Kṛṣṇa all attained at once, and her closing rhetorical question — nothing dearer remains to be done — marks that fulness of kṛtārthatā.
