nayanayoḥ stanayor api yugmataḥ
nayanayoḥfrom her two eyes genitive dual doing source-work (ablative sense) — where one stream falls from; paired with yugmataḥदोनों नेत्रों से — जहाँ से एक धारा गिरती है
stanayoḥand from her two breasts genitive dual, same source-sense — the second stream's originदोनों स्तनों से — दूसरी धारा का उद्गम
apias well — adding the breasts alongside the eyesभी
yugmataḥfrom both pairs at once -taḥ suffix carrying 'from the pair'; gathers the two dual sources into a single downpourइन दोनों युगलों से — दो-दो स्रोत मिलकर एक ही बौछार बन जाते हैं
nayanayoḥ — from her two eyes; stanayoḥ api — and from her two breasts as well; yugmataḥ — from both pairs together.
From the pair of her two eyes, and from the pair of her two breasts as well — from both at the same moment — something is streaming down. The liquid from the eyes is tears; the liquid from the breasts is milk. The verse opens by naming the two sources before it names the woman.
An udāharaṇa of ānanda, the sandhy-aṅga (structural limb) of the concluding juncture (nirvahaṇa-sandhi) defined just above in the running prose as 'ānando'bhīṣṭa-samprāptiḥ' — ānanda is the attainment of the longed-for object. Quoted from the tenth act of the same play (10.14). Here the mother's gaining and gazing on her son is the abhīṣṭa-samprāpti, and her overflowing joy is the ānanda.

paripatadbhiḥpouring down, streaming down present participle, instrumental plural agreeing with jhiraiḥ — the streams as they fallगिरती हुई — jhiraiḥ के साथ अन्वित तृतीया-बहुवचन कृदन्त, अर्थात् बहती-गिरती धाराओं से
asaushe — that woman (named in the next line) nominative; the subject, picked up by abhiṣiñcati in L4यह स्त्री — कर्ता, जिसे नीचे abhiṣiñcati से उठाया गया है
payasāñof the liquids payasām, genitive plural (m becomes ñ before jh) — the milk-and-tears whose jets these areदूध और आँसू की — जिनकी ये धाराएँ हैं (payasām, षष्ठी-बहुवचन)
jhiraiḥwith the jetting streams instrumental plural — the means by which she bathes himधाराओं के द्वारा — जिनसे वह उसे नहलाती है
asau — she; payasāṁ jhiraiḥ — with the streams of the liquids; paripatadbhiḥ — pouring down.
She does it with the down-pouring jets of those liquids. The eyes and the breasts send their streams down together, and it is with these — tears and milk at once — that she acts on her son in the last line.
Why cited: the illustrated feature — a single unbroken flow of tears and milk together — shows ānanda so full that the body pours it out from two sources at once.

Ah! — now we learn who she is: the mistress of the cowherd-king's household. The 'king of the cowherds' is Nanda, and the lady of his house is Yaśodā. The exclamation ahaha marks the speaker's own wonder at what he is watching.

sva-tanayaṁ praṇayād abhiṣiñcati ||(10.14)||
sva-tanayamher own son accusative, the object of abhiṣiñcati — Kṛṣṇaअपने पुत्र को — abhiṣiñcati का कर्म, अर्थात् कृष्ण को (द्वितीया)
praṇayātout of love ablative of cause — love is what drives her to itप्रेम के कारण — यही उसे इस कर्म में प्रवृत्त करता है (पञ्चमी, हेतु में)
abhiṣiñcatishe is bathing him — anointing him as one is anointed at a consecration (abhiṣeka) present tense; abhi-√sic 'sprinkle over, consecrate' carries the coronation-imageअभिषेक कर देती है — abhi-√sic 'ऊपर से सींचना, अभिषेक करना', जो राज्याभिषेक का भाव भी ले आता है
praṇayāt — out of love; sva-tanayam — her own son; abhiṣiñcati — she bathes, she consecrates.
The verb lands: out of love she is bathing her own son. The word abhiṣiñcati is the same one used for a royal consecration — so the picture is of Yaśodā anointing Kṛṣṇa as if crowning a king, her tears and her milk the consecration-waters. She has her son; the joy of that overflows and pours over him. That overflowing joy at the attainment of what she longed for is exactly the ānanda the verse is brought in to illustrate.

Ah! — with the streams of liquid pouring down together from the pair of her eyes and the pair of her breasts as well, that mistress of the cowherd-king's household, Yaśodā, out of sheer love is bathing her own son, anointing him as one anoints a king — her tears and her milk the very waters of his consecration.
Illustrative verse (udāharaṇa) from the tenth act (10.14) of the same play, adduced for ānanda — the attainment of the longed-for object — the sandhy-aṅga of the nirvahaṇa-sandhi defined just above as 'ānando'bhīṣṭa-samprāptiḥ': Yaśodā's overflowing joy at regaining her son.
