tunow, turning to the next limb tu marks the shift to the next item in the running list of sandhy-aṅgas (grathana was just defined)और अब (‘तु’ शब्द से पूर्व अंग ग्रथन की परिभाषा से हटकर अगले अंग निर्णय की ओर बढ़ते हैं)
anubhūta-uktiḥis the telling of something one has directly gone through — anubhūta 'what has been experienced firsthand', ukti 'the stating of it' predicate compound; anubhūta (past participle) is the object of the verbal noun ukti — 'the utterance of the experienced'अपने अनुभव की हुई बात का कथन — जो पात्र ने स्वयं भोगा है, उसी को कह देना
nirṇayaḥ tu — nirṇaya, now; anubhūta-uktiḥ — is the stating of what one has directly experienced.
Now he takes up the sandhy-aṅga called nirṇaya. nirṇaya is when a character reports out loud something he has himself lived through — a first-hand account of what he underwent. That telling of one's own experience is what nāṭya calls nirṇaya.
nirṇaya ('settling, ascertainment') is one of the sandhy-aṅgas, the small structural limbs distributed across the junctures (sandhi) of a play, and belongs among the limbs of the concluding juncture (nirvahaṇa-sandhi). This is a lakṣaṇa (definition) verse — it stands in a run of such definitions (vibodha, grathana, then nirṇaya); the general dramaturgical tradition defines the term the same way, as the report of what a character has himself undergone.
nirṇayaḥ tu anubhūta-uktiḥ [asti]
Nirṇaya, in turn, is the telling of what one has directly gone through — a character's spoken report of an experience he has himself lived.
A lakṣaṇa (definition) kārikā, next in the running list of sandhy-aṅgas (after vibodha and grathana): it defines nirṇaya, a limb of the nirvahaṇa-sandhi, as the first-hand report of one's own experience.
