satyākhyasya vilokāya lokasyātma-bhuvārthitaḥ |

vilokāyain order to behold it dative of purposeदेखने के लिए
lokasyathat world — the thing to be beheld genitive, completing satyākhyasya; the object of vilokāyaउस लोक को (देखने के लिए)
ātma-bhuvāat the request of Ātmabhū, the self-born (Brahmā) instrumental of agent, construed with arthitaḥआत्मभू अर्थात् ब्रह्मा के द्वारा
arthitaḥI have been entreated past participle, nom. sg. masc. — of the speaker (aham, L2)(मैं) प्रार्थित किया गया, अनुरोध किया गया
ātma-bhuvā — by Ātmabhū, the self-born (Brahmā); satyākhyasya lokasya vilokāya — in order to behold the world named Satya; arthitaḥ [aham] — I have been entreated.
Brahmā, the self-born, has entreated me to come and behold the world named Satya — Satyaloka, his own realm.
An udāharaṇa of vibodha, the aṅga of the nirvahaṇa-sandhi (the concluding juncture) defined in the preceding kārikā (v106, ref 111) as kārya-mārgaṇam, 'the active seeking-out of the plot's goal'; this is the second illustration (Lalita-Mādhava 9.8, following LM 9.7). Rūpa's own comment on this verse — carried in the next unit's lead-in — reads it as vibodha with respect to rādhā-saṅgama, the union with Rādhā that the whole play is driving toward: the setting-out asked for here is a step by which that goal is taken up again and pursued. The Lalita-Mādhava assigns the speech to Nava-vṛndā, though the verse's own forms are masculine (arthitaḥ here, pratiṣṭhāsuḥ in L2) and address a goddess (devi); keep the attribution as the source gives it rather than forcing the two to agree.
