nava-madana-vinodaiḥ keli-kuñjeṣu rādhe
nava-madana-vinodaiḥwith the delights of fresh, ever-new love-play instr. pl. of means; nava = fresh, madana = passion, vinoda = play/amusement — how the nights were spentनवीन काम-क्रीड़ाओं के द्वारा — नव अर्थात् नित नये, मदन अर्थात् काम, विनोद अर्थात् क्रीड़ा; जिनसे वे रातें बीतीं
keli-kuñjeṣuin the pleasure-bowers, the love-groves loc. pl.; the place of the remembered playक्रीड़ा के कुञ्जों में — जहाँ वह स्मरण की गयी लीला हुई थी
rādhe — O Rādhā; keli-kuñjeṣu — in the pleasure-bowers; nava-madana-vinodaiḥ — with the delights of ever-fresh love-play …
Kṛṣṇa is speaking to Rādhā, calling up a shared past. 'O Rādhā — in the pleasure-bowers, with all those delights of fresh, never-tiring love-play …' The sentence is only beginning; he is setting the scene of the nights he will ask her to remember. Notice this is Kṛṣṇa recounting what the two of them actually lived through — that is exactly what makes it an example of nirṇaya.
An udāharaṇa of nirṇaya, the sandhy-aṅga just defined in the kārikā (nc.6.109, ref 112) as 'nirṇayas tv anubhūtoktiḥ' — nirṇaya is the telling of what has been directly experienced. Here Kṛṣṇa recounts to Rādhā the autumn nights the two of them shared, so his speech is 'the utterance of a thing experienced'.

nimiṣavad uparāmaṁ kāma āseduṣīṇām |
nimiṣavatlasting only as long as the blink of an eye -vat = 'like'; measures how brief the pause wasपलक झपकने के समान — यह बतलाता है कि वह विराम कितना क्षणिक था
uparāmama respite, a break [from love-play] acc.; the pause between bouts — object reached by āsadविराम को — दो प्रसंगों के बीच का ठहराव, जिसे आ-सद् से पाया गया
kāmamtheir heart's desire, [enjoyed] to the full acc., second thing reached; the fulfilment they wonकाम को — दूसरी पायी हुई वस्तु; वह तृप्ति जो उन्होंने प्राप्त की
āseduṣīṇāmof the gopīs who had attained, who had come to [it] gen. pl. fem., perfect participle of ā-√sad; describes the women whose nights these were — runs on to kṣapāṇām in L4जिन्होंने प्राप्त किया, उन स्त्रियों का — आ-सद् धातु का लिट् कृदन्त; जिनकी वे रातें थीं, आगे L4 के kṣapāṇām तक चलता है
[tāsām] āseduṣīṇām — of those women who had attained kāmam — their heart's desire, [taking only] uparāmam — a respite nimiṣavat — no longer than a blink …
He fills in who those women were: gopīs who had won their heart's desire to the full, and who paused between bouts of love only for the blink of an eye. The picture is of passion so unbroken that the rest between was momentary. All these words are in the genitive, still hanging — they describe the women (and their nights) that the main verb 'do you remember' will finally reach in the last line.

upacita-paritoṣa-proṣitāpatrapāṇāṁ
upacita-paritoṣa-proṣita-apatrapāṇāmwhose bashfulness had fled away through their swelling, heaped-up delight gen. pl. fem.; upacita = grown/heaped, paritoṣa = satisfaction, proṣita = departed, apatrapā = shame — a bahuvrīhi describing the same gopīs, parallel to āseduṣīṇāmजिनकी लज्जा बढ़ी हुई तृप्ति के कारण जाती रही, उन स्त्रियों का — उपचित अर्थात् बढ़ी हुई, परितोष अर्थात् सन्तोष, प्रोषित अर्थात् चली गयी, अपत्रपा अर्थात् लज्जा; यह बहुव्रीहि उन्हीं गोपियों का वर्णन करता है, āseduṣīṇām के समानान्तर
upacita-paritoṣa-proṣita-apatrapāṇām — [of those women] whose shyness had gone away through their heaped-up satisfaction …
A second phrase describing the same gopīs: their delight had grown so great that all their shyness simply melted off. As the joy piled up, the bashfulness departed. This too is genitive, still waiting on the verb — he keeps stacking up how they were on those nights before he asks the question.

smarasi kim iva tāsāṁ śāradīnāṁ kṣapāṇām
smarasido you remember? 2nd sg.; smṛ takes the genitive of the thing recalled — hence the whole genitive chain above answers to itक्या तू स्मरण करती है — स्मृ धातु जिस वस्तु का स्मरण हो उसका षष्ठी लेती है, इसलिए ऊपर की सारी षष्ठी-शृंखला इसी से जुड़ती है
kim ivaat all, by any chance softening, wistful — 'do you perhaps still remember?'
tāsāmthose gen. pl. fem., agreeing with kṣapāṇām; gathers up all the earlier genitivesउन — षष्ठी बहुवचन स्त्रीलिंग, kṣapāṇām के साथ अन्वित; ऊपर की सारी षष्ठियों को समेट लेता है
kṣapāṇāmthe nights gen. pl.; the thing remembered — 'do you remember those autumn nights [of those women]'रातों का — जिनका स्मरण किया जा रहा है; 'क्या तू उन शरद् की रातों को स्मरण करती है'
rādhe smarasi kim iva tāsāṁ śāradīnāṁ kṣapāṇām [āseduṣīṇām … apatrapāṇām] — O Rādhā, do you at all remember those autumn nights of the women who had won their desire … whose shyness had fled?
Now the long-suspended verb lands: 'do you remember?' — and it governs everything in the genitive that came before. 'O Rādhā, do you still remember, even a little, those autumn nights — the nights of us who made love in the bowers to our heart's content, resting only a blink between, whose shyness had all melted in delight?' Because Kṛṣṇa is here telling Rādhā of a joy the two of them truly lived, the whole speech stands as nirṇaya — the recounting of a thing directly experienced.

O Rādhā — do you still remember, even a little, those autumn nights? The nights of us who, in the pleasure-bowers and through the delights of ever-fresh love-play, won our heart's desire to the full, pausing only a blink of an eye between; the nights of us whose every trace of bashfulness had fled away as our delight kept heaping higher and higher.
An udāharaṇa (illustrative verse in Kṛṣṇa's voice) of nirṇaya, the sandhy-aṅga defined in the preceding kārikā (nc.6.109) as 'nirṇayas tv anubhūtoktiḥ' — the telling of what has been directly experienced: Kṛṣṇa recounts to Rādhā the autumn nights the two of them actually shared.
