mādhavī-virahitāṁ madhuvīraḥ
mādhavī-virahitāṁher who had been parted from Mādhavī accusative, describing kuṇḍineśvara-sutāṁ in L2 — the object Kṛṣṇa perceivesमाधवी से विरहित (उस राजकुमारी) को — द्वितीया, जिसका कृष्ण दर्शन करता है, उसका विशेषण
madhuvīraḥMadhuvīra — the hero (vīra) of the Madhu line, i.e. Kṛṣṇa; he is the one who acts nominative, subject of āha in L4मधुवीर अर्थात् कृष्ण — प्रथमा, आगे L4 में आने वाली आह क्रिया का कर्ता
madhuvīraḥ — Madhuvīra (Kṛṣṇa); mādhavī-virahitāṁ [kuṇḍineśvara-sutāṁ] — [perceiving Kuṇḍina's princess] parted from Mādhavī.
Now the example verse. Madhuvīra — that is Kṛṣṇa, the hero of the Madhu line — is the one acting. He notices the princess of Kuṇḍina at a moment when she has been parted from her Mādhavī.
An udāharaṇa of vibodha, 'the seeking-out of the result' (kārya-mārgaṇam) — the aṅga of the nirvahaṇa-sandhi defined in the kārikā just given (ref 111 / v106). The verse is spoken by Nava-vṛndā in the ninth act of the Lalita-Mādhava (9.7); the prose at ref 112 identifies the aṅga here as vibodha, Kṛṣṇa's maneuvering toward the kārya of union with Rādhā.
