sahacari, parijñātaṁ sadya samastam idaṁ mayā
sahacariO friend — she turns to Lalitā, the companion at her side vocative, f. sg.
parijñātaṁI have seen right through it — grasped it fully, not just half-noticed past participle, nom. neut. agreeing with idam; pari- 'thoroughly, all the way'भलीभाँति जान लिया गया
sadya[ḥ]and that in a flash — the very moment you spoke adverb, sadyaḥ 'at once'; visarga dropped before the following sतुरन्त ही
samastam idaṁthis whole business of yours — every bit of itयह सब कुछ
mayāby me — it is I who have caught it instrumental of agent with the passive parijñātamमेरे द्वारा (कर्ता तृतीया)
sahacari — O friend; idaṁ samastam — this whole business; sadyaḥ mayā parijñātam — has, in a single instant, been seen through by me.
O friend, I have seen through the whole thing. Every last bit of it — and in a single instant, the moment you spoke. Don't imagine any of it slipped past me.
An udāharaṇa of pragamaṇa — 'answer-upon-answer speech' — the aṅga just defined in kārikā 71 (6.39): dialogue that advances through one rejoinder capping the next. In the source play (Act 3.15) Lalitā tries to distract the grieving Rādhā — 'don't lose heart, friend; this is only the start of the Govardhana circuit' — and Rādhikā's verse here caps that consolation. The back-and-forth of console-and-rebuff is itself the pragamaṇa the verse illustrates. Hari (L3) = Kṛṣṇa.

tvaṁ — you; paṭima-pañalaiḥ — with your masses of clever talk; idaṁ nihnotuṁ — to hide this; kiyat prabhaviṣyasi — how far will you succeed?
So how far do you think your clever screens of talk will carry you? Pile up all the artful words you like — you will not manage to hide it from me. The question answers itself: hardly at all.

Stop, poor friend — spare yourself. What is bearing down on me is not going to be the ordinary weariness of separation from Hari, the kind a woman survives. It is worse than that.

Why do my life-breaths keep climbing to my throat, over and over, as though about to slip away — and then shamelessly stay? If this were death, let it come. But they rise to the very edge and cling on. That is what your kind words cannot hide, and cannot cure.
'prāṇāḥ kaṇṭhe' — the breath 'at the throat' — is the stock idiom for being at death's very door, the life about to slip out. Rādhā calls her breaths nirapatrapa, 'shameless', because they climb up to leave again and again yet cling brazenly on: she is dying of separation, and even death will not come to release her cleanly.

An udāharaṇa (in Rādhikā's voice, from the source play at 3.15) of pragamaṇa, the 'answer-upon-answer' dialogue-aṅga defined in kārikā 71 (6.39): Rādhā's verse caps Lalitā's consolation, and the console-and-rebuff exchange is itself the pragamaṇa it illustrates.
