baa-ṇaravaī-ṇandaṇaṁ sabandhuṁ,
baa-ṇaravaī-ṇandaṇaṁthe son of the king of Vraja (Nanda) — object of "having seen" in the next line Śaurasenī for vraja-nṛpati-nandanam; accusativeव्रज के राजा (नन्द) के पुत्र कृष्ण को (यह शौरसेनी प्राकृत रूप है, संस्कृत में व्रज-नृपति-नन्दनम्; कर्म-कारक)
sabandhuṁtogether with his companions sa-bandhum, accusative, agreeing with the son of Vraja's kingबन्धुओं (सखाओं) के सहित — व्रजराज-पुत्र का ही विशेषण, कर्म-कारक में
baa-ṇaravaī-ṇandaṇaṁ (vraja-nṛpati-nandanam) — the son of Vraja's king; sabandhuṁ — together with his companions
Rādhā speaks. She has caught sight of Kṛṣṇa, the son of Nanda the king of Vraja, surrounded by his companions. This first line only names whom she saw; the seeing itself comes in the next line.
An udāharaṇa of pragamana, the sandhy-aṅga defined in kārikā 71 (nc.6.39) as uttarottara-vākya — "speech in which one statement follows upon the last." Rādhā's cascade of self-questions (my body fails — why does the earth spin — are the trees dancing?) illustrates that point-by-point succession. The verse is quoted from the same play just cited, spoken by Rādhā; lines 1-2 are Śaurasenī Prakrit and lines 3-4 give their Sanskrit chāyā.

skhalati mama vapuḥ kathaṁ dharitrī
skhalatigives way, stumbles present tense; its subject is "my body"लड़खड़ा रहा है, गिरा जा रहा है (वर्तमान काल; इसका कर्ता 'मेरा शरीर' है)
vapuḥbody nominative, subject of "gives way"शरीर (कर्ता-कारक, 'लड़खड़ा रहा है' का कर्ता)
kathaṁhow is it that — the first of her bewildered questions interrogativeकैसे, क्यों (प्रश्नवाचक)

mama vapuḥ — my body; skhalati — gives way; kathaṁ — how is it that; dharitrī — the earth [reels]
Now the sight overwhelms her. My body is giving way. How is it that the earth... — the sentence runs on into the next line. These successive, stumbling questions are the pragamana this verse illustrates.

...the earth reels — from what cause? And can it be that these kadamba trees are dancing? One question tumbles after another, each following on the last. That successive questioning is exactly the uttarottara-vākya, the pragamana, the verse is quoted to illustrate.
