dadāmi sadayaṁ sadā viśada-buddhi-rāśīḥ-śataṁ
dadāmiI grant, I hand over — Kundalatā's mock-generous offerमैं देती हूँ
sadayaṁand so kindly, out of pure compassion — said with heavy irony adverbial accusative (sa-daya, 'with kindness')दयापूर्वक (क्रिया-विशेषण — सदया होकर)
sadāand for all time, foreverसदा / सर्वदा
viśada-buddhi-rāśīḥ-śataṁa full hundred stores of spotless good sense — what she 'gives' viśada 'clear, spotless' + buddhi 'good sense' + rāśi 'heap, store' + śata 'hundred'; accusative, the object of dadāmiनिर्मल बुद्धि के सैकड़ों ढेर (कर्म-कारक, ददामि का कर्म)
dadāmi — I grant; sadayaṁ sadā — kindly and forever; viśada-buddhi-rāśīḥ-śatam — a hundred stores of spotless good sense
With a teasing smile Kundalatā answers back: 'I kindly grant you — and for all time — a full hundred stores of spotless good sense.' The generosity is all irony; she is loading the barb that lands in the next lines.
An udāharaṇa of bheda, the sandhy-aṅga defined in the previous kārikā (nc.6.21, ref 60) as 'the kindling of the seed [of love]' (bījasya uttejanam) — here the concealed seed of the gopīs' anurāga disclosed through one's own mouth (svamukhena udghāṭanāt, lead-in to nc.6.21). Spoken in the same play cited through this section, the Lalita-Mādhava (tatraiva, act 2, ref 2.20), by Kundalatā with a playful smile (sa-narma-smitam), in Sanskrit. It is a retort: Viśākhā, with affectionate jealousy (sa-praṇayābhyasūyam), had just teased Kundalatā that she herself is the one 'dragged by the flute at all three junctures of the day.'

bhavādṛśi — in one like you; pativratā-vratam — the vow of the faithful wife; akhaṇḍitaṁ — unbroken; tiṣṭhatu — may it stand firm
'And in a fine lady like yourself, may the faithful wife's vow stand forever unbroken!' She blesses Viśākhā's chastity aloud — and the louder the blessing, the sharper the mockery underneath it.

śrutair nikhila-mādhurī-pariṇate’pi veṇu-dhvanau
śrutaironce it reaches the ears, once it is taken in instrumental plural (śruta, 'the hearing/ears') — the flute-note drunk in through the earकानों के द्वारा (जिनसे वंशी-स्वर पिया जाता है)
nikhila-mādhurī-pariṇate’pieven after it has ripened into sweetness through and through (api 'even') nikhila 'entire' + mādhurī 'sweetness' + pariṇata 'turned/ripened into'; locative agreeing with veṇu-dhvanauसम्पूर्ण माधुर्य में परिणत हो जाने पर भी
veṇu-dhvanauwhen the flute's sound — the locative absolute that sets the whole scene locative absolute with pariṇate: 'even when the flute-note has become...'
veṇu-dhvanau — the flute's sound; śrutaiḥ — reaching the ears; nikhila-mādhurī-pariṇate api — even when it has ripened into sweetness through and through
'—even when the flute's note reaches your ears, ripened into sweetness through and through...' Here the barb starts to land: she names the one thing that undoes them, Kṛṣṇa's flute at its sweetest.
veṇu-dhvanau ... pariṇate is a locative absolute — 'when / even though the flute-sound has turned wholly to sweetness.' The concessive api ('even so') sets up the punch line: her 'grant of wisdom' is meant to hold precisely against this moment.

'—so that your mind, dear friend, does not lose its grip even a little.' That yathā ('so that') closes the loop back to 'I grant': she bestows the wisdom precisely so their composure will survive the flute. But by naming that danger she admits the opposite — that the flute does steal their steadiness. In saying it aloud she kindles the very seed of love she pretends to guard against.
The whole quatrain runs as one sustained irony (vyāja-stuti, praise that is really a jab): Kundalatā 'grants a hundred stores of good sense' and 'blesses the vow of chastity' only to name, in the same breath, the flute that robs the gopīs of their dhairya. Turning Viśākhā's tease back on her, she discloses through her own mouth the hidden seed of their anurāga — and that self-disclosure that kindles the seed is exactly bheda as 'bījasya uttejanam' (nc.6.21).

O friend, so kindly and for all time I grant you a full hundred stores of spotless good sense — may the faithful wife's vow stand unbroken forever in a fine lady like yourself! — so that, even when the flute's note reaches your ears ripened into sweetness through and through, your mind may not let go of its composure even in the least.
