aṣṭau prokṣya dig-aṅganā ghana-rasaiḥ patrāṅkurāṇāṁ śriyā
aṣṭauall eight of them numeral, agreeing with dig-aṅganā; counts the quarters — object of prokṣyaआठों (दिशाओं) को — प्रोक्षण का कर्म
prokṣyahaving sprinkled, drenching them gerund; the first of his cloud-deedsसींचकर — मेघ का पहला कर्म
dig-aṅganāthe ladies of the directions — the eight quarters imagined as women for dig-aṅganāḥ, acc. pl. (final -ḥ lost before ghana); the ones being sprinkledदिशा-रूपी अंगनाओं (स्त्रियों) को, जो सींची जा रही हैं
ghana-rasaiḥwith his dense rain-waters instr. of means; ghana = cloud/thick, rasa = water — what he sprinkles them withमेघ के जल के द्वारा (घन = मेघ, रस = जल)
patrāṅkurāṇāṁ śriyāand with the beauty of fresh leaf-buds and sprouts gen. patra-aṅkurāṇāṁ + instr. śriyā; the splendour his rain draws out of the plants — runs on into L2पत्तों और अंकुरों की शोभा से (जो उसकी वृष्टि उभारती है)
aṣṭau dig-aṅganāḥ ghana-rasaiḥ prokṣya, patrāṅkurāṇāṁ śriyā — Drenching all eight lady-directions with his dense rain-waters, and with the beauty of fresh leaf-buds and sprouts…
This is the opening benediction of Lalita-Mādhava, and it paints Kṛṣṇa as a rain-cloud (mudira). First deed: like a monsoon cloud he sprinkles all eight directions — pictured as eight women — with his thick rain-waters. And by that rain he calls out the beauty of new leaf-buds and sprouts everywhere. The sentence is not finished; it keeps piling up his cloud-like doings before it reaches the bow at the very end.
An udāharaṇa of the namaskriyānvitā nāndī — a benediction 'furnished with an act of homage' (namaskriyā), the second of the three nāndī-contents laid down in the kārikā (nc.4.1–4.2, kārikās 15–16). It is quoted from Rūpa's own Lalita-Mādhava (1.2). The whole verse is a śleṣa that describes Kṛṣṇa as a mudira, a dark rain-cloud, and the homage falls in the last word, namaskurmahe.

mañjulatā-bharasyabelonging to the swelling mass of loveliness gen.; ties back to the leaf-splendour of L1 — the charm the rains heap upमनोहरता के भार का — वही सौन्दर्य जो वृष्टि ढेर-सा उभारती है

sadāalways, season after seasonसदा, निरन्तर
rāmāvalī-maṇḍanamthe adorning of the whole row of creepers — and, in the pun, of the rows of lovely women acc., object of kurvan; rāmā = a flowering creeper / a beautiful woman, so it reads on both the cloud and the Kṛṣṇa sideरामा-पंक्ति का शृंगार (रामा = फूलती लता अथवा सुन्दरी — दोनों पक्षों पर बैठता है)
yaḥ … mañjulatā-bharasya (patrāṅkurāṇāṁ) śriyā sadā rāmāvalī-maṇḍanaṁ ca kurvan — who, with that splendour of leaf-buds belonging to the swelling mass of loveliness, is forever making the adornment of the whole array of creepers…
Second deed, joined by 'and' (ca): with all that swelling loveliness of new leaves, he forever decks out the rows of creepers. On the cloud side, the monsoon dresses the vines in green. On the Kṛṣṇa side, rāmā-āvalī also means the array of lovely gopīs — so the same words say he is always adorning his beloved women. 'sadā', always: this is not a one-time act but his standing nature.

yaḥ pīne hṛdi bhānujām atulabhāṁ candrākṛtiṁ cojjvalāṁ
yaḥhe who — relative pronoun, subject; picked up by tam in L4जो — कर्ता, L4 के 'tam' से उठाया जाता है
pīne hṛdion his broad, full chest loc.; pīna = swollen, full — as a heavy cloud's body is fullअपने पुष्ट (भरे-पूरे) वक्षःस्थल पर — जैसे भारी मेघ का शरीर भरा होता है
bhānujāmthe Sun's daughter — the dark river Yamunā acc., bhānu-jā; object of rundhānaḥ (L4)सूर्य-पुत्री यमुना को (rundhānaḥ का कर्म)
atula-bhāṁof matchless, unequalled lustre acc., qualifying bhānujām; atula = 'without a match', bhā = radianceअतुलनीय कान्ति वाली उस (यमुना) को (atula = अनुपम, bhā = कान्ति)
candrākṛtiṁand a moon-shaped form, brilliant as the moon acc.; a second thing he bears; the word candra also satisfies the nāndī's rule that it be 'marked with the name candra' (kārikā 16)चन्द्र के आकार को — दूसरी वस्तु जिसे वह धारण करता है; 'चन्द्र' शब्द नान्दी के 'चन्द्र-नाम-अंकित' विधान को भी पूरा करता है
caand — a second thing on his chest, beside the Yamunāऔर
yaḥ pīne hṛdi bhānujām atula-bhāṁ candrākṛtiṁ ca ujjvalāṁ [rundhānaḥ] — he who, on his broad chest, [holds] the peerlessly-lustred Sun's-daughter (the Yamunā) and a brilliant moon-shaped form…
Now the poet turns to what he carries on his chest. Two things: the Yamunā — the dark daughter of the Sun, of unmatched sheen — and a brilliant moon-shaped form. On the cloud picture, a great cloud spans the river below and screens the moon above. On Kṛṣṇa, his broad chest bears the dark Yamunā and a bright, moon-like radiance. Note the word candra sitting inside candrākṛti: the kārikā required the nāndī to be stamped with the name 'candra', and here it is.
The kārikā (kārikā 16, nc.4.2) prescribes that the nāndī be candra-nāma-aṅkitā, 'marked with the word candra'; the moon-shape (candrākṛti) named here carries that mark.

kṛṣṇaṁKṛṣṇa, the dark Lord acc., in apposition to mudiraṁ — the cloud IS Kṛṣṇaकृष्ण को — 'mudira' के साथ समानाधिकरण, अर्थात् वह मेघ ही कृष्ण है
namaskurmaheto him we bow, we offer our homage 1st pl. middle; this is the namaskriyā — the bow that makes the whole verse a namaskriyānvitā nāndīहम नमस्कार करते हैं — यही नमस्क्रिया है, जो पूरे श्लोक को नमस्क्रियान्विता नान्दी बनाती है
yaḥ … rundhānaḥ kramate, tam atra mudiraṁ kṛṣṇaṁ namaskurmahe — he who, clasping [these] to himself, strides forth — to that Kṛṣṇa, the rain-cloud, here we bow.
The long relative clause closes: clasping the Yamunā and the moon-form to his chest, he strides forth like a cloud crossing the sky. Then the main sentence lands: 'to that one — that Kṛṣṇa, the rain-cloud — here we bow.' That closing bow, namaskurmahe, is the whole point: it is the act of homage (namaskriyā) that the kārikā allowed as one valid content of a nāndī, and it is what makes this verse the illustration of the namaskriyānvitā type.

A quoted udāharaṇa (Lalita-Mādhava 1.2) illustrating the namaskriyānvitā nāndī — a benediction 'furnished with an act of homage', the second of the three nāndī-contents of kārikās 15–16; a śleṣa figuring Kṛṣṇa as a rain-cloud, its bow (namaskurmahe) falling in the last word and its required candra-mark carried by candrākṛti.
