मम।mama.अस्मद् शब्द से षष्ठी का एकवचन ङस् आया, अनुबन्धलोप होने पर अस्मद्+अस् बना।From the word asmad, the ṣaṣṭhī singular ṅas came; upon elision of the anubandhas, asmad+as was formed.तवममौ ङसि से अस्मद् के मपर्यन्त भाग अस्म् के स्थान पर मम आदेश हुआ, मम+अद्+अस् बना।By tavamamau ṅasi, in place of the portion ending in m, asm, the substitute mama was made; mama+ad+as was formed.अस् के स्थान पर युष्मदस्मद्भ्यां ङसोऽश् से अश् आदेश हुआ, मम+अद्+अ बना।In place of as, by yuṣmad-asmad-bhyāṁ ṅaso'ś, the substitute aś was made; mama+ad+a was formed.पररूप और टि का लोप होकर मम्+अ, वर्णसम्मेलन होकर मम सिद्ध हुआ।After pararūpa and the elision of ṭi, mam+a; after the coalescence of letters, mama is established.
युवयोः।yuvayoḥ.युष्मद् शब्द से षष्ठी एवं सप्तमी का द्विवचन ओस् आया, युष्मद्+ओस् बना।From the word yuṣmad, the ṣaṣṭhī and saptamī dual os came; yuṣmad+os was formed.मपर्यन्त भाग युष्म् के स्थान पर युवावौ द्विवचने से युव आदेश हुआ, युव+अद्+ओस् बना।In place of the portion ending in m, yuṣm, by yuvāvau dvivacane, the substitute yuva was made; yuva+ad+os was formed.युव+अद् में पररूप होकर युवद्+ओस् बना।In yuva+ad, pararūpa took place; yuvad+os was formed.शेषे लोपः से टि का लोप प्राप्त था, उसे बाधकर योऽचि से दकार के स्थान पर यकार आदेश हुआ, युवय्+ओस् बना।By śeṣe lopaḥ, the elision of ṭi was obtained; setting it aside, by yo'ci, in place of the d the substitute y was made; yuvay+os was formed.वर्णसम्मेलन और रुत्वविसर्ग होकर युवयोः सिद्ध हुआ।After the coalescence of letters and rutva-visarga, yuvayoḥ is established.

३२८- साम आकम्।328. sāma ākam.सामः षष्ठ्यन्तम्, आकं प्रथमान्तं, द्विपदमिदं सूत्रम्।sāmaḥ is in the genitive (ṣaṣṭhī) case, ākam in the nominative (prathamā) case; this sūtra has two words.युष्मदस्मद्भ्यां ङसोऽश् से युष्मदस्मद्भ्याम् की अनुवृत्ति आती है।From ‘yuṣmad-asmad-bhyāṁ ṅaso'ś’ the anuvṛtti of yuṣmad-asmad-bhyām is carried over.युष्मद् और अस्मद् शब्दों से परे साम् को आकम् आदेश होता है।After the words yuṣmad and asmad, in place of sām the substitute ākam is made.
यद्यपि युष्मद् और अस्मद् शब्द हलन्त होने के कारण आमि सर्वनाम्नः सुट् की प्राप्ति नहीं थी तथापि किसी स्थिति में दकार के लोप होने पर अकारान्त बन जाने के कारण सुट् हो सकता है।Although, because the words yuṣmad and asmad are hal-final, the suṭ of ‘āmi sarvanāmnaḥ suṭ’ was not obtained, nevertheless in some situation, when the d is elided and they become a-final, the suṭ can take place.अतः सुट् सहित आम् अर्थात् साम् के स्थान पर आकम् आदेश का विधान है।Therefore the substitute ākam is enjoined in place of ām together with suṭ, that is, in place of sām.
युष्माकम्।yuṣmākam.युष्मद् शब्द से षष्ठी का बहुवचन आम् आया, युष्मद्+आम् बना।From the word yuṣmad, the ṣaṣṭhī plural ām came; yuṣmad+ām was formed.साम आकम् से आम् के स्थान पर आकम् आदेश हुआ, युष्मद्+आकम् बना।By sāma ākam, in place of ām the substitute ākam was made; yuṣmad+ākam was formed.शेषे लोपः से टिलोप होकर युष्म्+आकम् बना।By śeṣe lopaḥ, ṭi-elision took place; yuṣm+ākam was formed.वर्णसम्मेलन होकर युष्माकम् सिद्ध हुआ।After the coalescence of letters, yuṣmākam is established.
