२४७- अल्लोपोऽनः।247. allopo'naḥ.अत् लुप्तषष्ठीकं पदं, लोपः प्रथमान्तम्, अनः षष्ठ्यन्तं त्रिपदमिदं सूत्रम्।at is a word with an elided sixth-case ending, lopaḥ ends in the first (prathamā), anaḥ ends in the sixth (ṣaṣṭhī); this sūtra has three words.भस्य और अङ्गस्य का अधिकार है।The adhikāra of bhasya and aṅgasya is in force.भसंज्ञा असर्वनामस्थान यजादि और स्वादि के परे होने पर पूर्व की होती है।The bha-saṁjñā belongs to what precedes when a non-sarvanāmasthāna ya-initial (yajādi) or a svādi affix follows.
सर्वनामस्थान भिन्न यकारादि और अजादि स्वादि प्रत्यय के परे होने पर अङ्ग का अवयव जो अन्, उसके अकार का लोप होता है।When a ya-initial affix other than a sarvanāmasthāna, or a vowel-initial (ajādi) svādi affix, follows, the a of the an which is a component of the aṅga is elided.
भस्य से सर्वनामस्थान भिन्न यकारादि, अजादि स्वादि प्रत्ययों का आक्षेप होता है।By bhasya, the ya-initial affixes other than sarvanāmasthāna and the vowel-initial (ajādi) svādi affixes are implied.उनके परे रहने पर ही यह सूत्र लगेगा।Only when they follow will this sūtra apply.इससे अनङ् आदेश वाले अकार का लोप हो जाता है।By it, the a of the anaṅ substitute is elided.
दध्ना।dadhnā.दधि से टा, दधि+आ है।From dadhi comes ṭā, giving dadhi + ā.अस्थिदधिसक्थ्यक्षणामनङ्गुदात्तः से अनङ् आदेश होकर दध्+अन्+आ बना।By 'asthidadhisakthyakṣṇām anaṅ udāttaḥ' the anaṅ substitute is made, yielding dadh + an + ā.वर्णसम्मेलन होकर दध्न्+आ बना।By joining of the letters (varṇa-sammelana) it becomes dadhn + ā.अल्लोपोऽनः से धकारोत्तरवर्ती अकार का लोप हुआ।By 'allopo'naḥ' the a following the dh is elided.दध्+न्+आ बना।It becomes dadh + n + ā.पुनः वर्णसम्मेलन होकर दध्ना सिद्ध हुआ।Again by joining of the letters, dadhnā is established.इसी तरह दधि+ए, दध्+अन्+ए=दध्न्+ए, दध्+न्+ए=दध्ने।In the same way, dadhi + e, dadh + an + e = dadhn + e, dadh + n + e = dadhne.दधि+अस्, दध्+अन्+अस्,dadhi + as, dadh + an + as,
दधन्+अस्, दध्+न्+अस्, दध्नस्, दध्नः।dadhan + as, dadh + n + as, dadhnas, dadhnaḥ.दध्नोः।dadhnoḥ.दध्नाम् बन जाते हैं।dadhnām are formed.हलादि विभक्ति के कोई प्रक्रिया नहीं है।With the consonant-initial (halādi) vibhaktis there is no process.दधिभ्याम्, दधिभिः, दधिभ्यः, दधिषु आदि।dadhibhyām, dadhibhiḥ, dadhibhyaḥ, dadhiṣu, and so on.
