१८८- षड्भ्यो लुक्।188. ṣaḍbhyo luk.षड्भ्यः पञ्चम्यन्तं, लुक् प्रथमान्तं, द्विपदमिदं सूत्रम्।ṣaḍbhyaḥ is in the ablative (pañcamī) case, luk is in the nominative (prathamā) case; this sūtra has two words.जशशसोः शिःjaśaśasoḥ śiḥ
से जशशसोः की अनुवृत्ति आती है।From it (the sūtra jaśaśasoḥ śiḥ) the anuvṛtti of jaśaśasoḥ is carried over.
षट्संज्ञक शब्दों से परे जस् और शस् का लुक् होता है।After words having the ṣaṭ-saṁjñā, there is luk (elision) of jas and śas.
