१८७- डति च।187. ḍati ca.डति प्रथमान्तं, च अव्ययपदं, द्विपदमिदं सूत्रम्।ḍati is in the nominative (prathamā), ca is an indeclinable word; this sūtra has two words.बहुगणवतुडति सङ्ख्या सेFrom ‘bahugaṇavatuḍati saṅkhyā’
सङ्ख्या की तथा ष्णान्ता षट् से षट् की अनुवृत्ति आती है।saṅkhyā is carried over, and from ‘ṣṇāntā ṣaṭ’, ṣaṭ is carried over by anuvṛtti.
डतिप्रत्ययान्त सङ्ख्यासंज्ञक शब्द षट्-संज्ञक होते हैं।A saṅkhyā-saṁjñā word ending in the ḍati suffix takes the ṣaṭ-saṁjñā.
