१६३- सुडनपुंसकस्य।163. suḍ anapuṁsakasya.न नपुंसकम्- अनपुंसकं, तस्य अनपुंसकस्य, नञ्तत्पुरुषः।na napuṁsakam—anapuṁsakam; of that, anapuṁsakasya; it is a nañ-tatpuruṣa.सुट् प्रथमान्तम्, अनपुंसकस्य षष्ठ्यन्तं, द्विपदमिदं सूत्रम्।suṭ is in the nominative, anapuṁsakasya in the genitive (ṣaṣṭhī); this sūtra has two words.इस सूत्र में शि सर्वनामस्थानम् से सर्वनामस्थानम् की अनुवृत्ति आती है।In this sūtra, sarvanāmasthānam is carried over (anuvṛtti) from śi sarvanāmasthānam.
सु आदि पाँच वचनों की सर्वनामस्थान संज्ञा होती है किन्तु नपुंसकलिङ्ग में नहीं।The five endings beginning with su receive the saṁjñā sarvanāmasthāna, but not in the neuter (napuṁsakaliṅga).
इस सूत्र में सुट्-प्रत्याहार का व्यवहार है।In this sūtra the suṭ pratyāhāra is employed.जो सु-औ-जस्-अम्-औट् विभक्तियाँ हैं उनमें प्रथमा के एकवचन सु से लेकर द्वितीया के द्विवचन औट् तक पाँच वचनों को सुट्-प्रत्याहार माना गया है।Among the vibhaktis su-au-jas-am-auṭ, the five endings from the nominative singular su up to the accusative dual auṭ are taken as the suṭ pratyāhāra.इनकी इस सूत्र से सर्वनामस्थानसंज्ञा की जाती है किन्तु यह संज्ञा नपुंसकलिङ्ग में नहीं होगी।By this sūtra the sarvanāmasthāna-saṁjñā is made of these, but this saṁjñā will not apply in the neuter.सर्वनामसंज्ञा का फल सर्वनामस्थाने चासम्बुद्धौ, अप्तृन्तृच्० आदि सूत्रों से दीर्घ आदि करना है।The fruit of the sarvanāmasthāna-saṁjñā is the making of lengthening and the like by sūtras such as sarvanāmasthāne cāsambuddhau and aptṛn-tṛc.यहाँ तो इस लिए पढ़ा गया है कि अग्रिम सूत्र में असर्वनामस्थान की आवश्यकता होती है।Here it has been recited because the following sūtra requires an asarvanāmasthāna.असर्वनामस्थान को जानने के लिए पहले सर्वनामस्थान जानना जरूरी है।In order to know the asarvanāmasthāna, it is first necessary to know the sarvanāmasthāna.
