१४३- डेर्यः।143. ṅeryaḥ.डेः षष्ठ्यन्तं, यः प्रथमान्तं, द्विपदमिदं सूत्रम्।ṅeḥ is in the genitive (ṣaṣṭhī) case, yaḥ is in the nominative (prathamā) case; this sūtra has two words.इस सूत्र में अतो भिस् ऐस् से अतः की अनुवृत्ति आती है और अङ्गस्य का अधिकार है।In this sūtra ataḥ is carried over (anuvṛtti) from ‘ato bhis ais’, and there is the governing (adhikāra) of aṅgasya.
ह्रस्व अवर्णान्त अङ्ग से परे 'डे' के स्थान पर 'य' आदेश होता है।After an aṅga ending in short a-varṇa, the substitute ‘ya’ comes in place of ‘ṅe’.
इस सूत्र से राम डे में डे के स्थान पर य आदेश होकर राम+य बन जाता है।By this sūtra, in rāma ṅe, the substitute ya replaces ṅe, giving rāma+ya.
