pulindīthe Pulindī woman (a forest-dweller) — the one to look atवह पुलिन्दी (वन में रहने वाली भील-कन्या)
pulakācitāher whole body studded with thrill-bumps (horripilation) ā-cita = 'thickly covered, studded'; pulaka = the bristling of the hair from raptureरोमांच से व्याप्त, जिसके रोम-रोम खड़े हो गए हैं
paśya — look; kālindī-puline — on the bank of the Kālindī; pulindī — the Pulindī woman; pulakācitā — her body studded with thrill-bumps.
Look there, on the bank of the Kālindī (the Yamunā): the Pulindī woman, her whole body bristling with thrill-bumps.
An udāharaṇa (illustrative verse) of the pulindī — the forest-woman named just above in the lead-in ('pulindī, yathā—') — whose rati for Kṛṣṇa the laharī on rasābhāsa (Uttara 9) treats as a semblance of rasa. This first line sets the scene and her rapture; the reason for it comes in the next line.

vīkṣyaon catching sight of — the trigger of her reeling gerundदेखकर
sahajaṁwhich is inborn in him, not put on accusative agreeing with dṛk-cāpalaṁ, not an adverb — it is the restlessness that is inbornजो उस चपलता में सहज, स्वाभाविक है (यह विशेषण दृक्-चापल्य का ही है)
she who — relative pronoun; its antecedent is pulindī of L1जो (पुलिन्दी)
— she who; harer — of Hari; sahajaṁ dṛk-cāpalaṁ — his inborn restlessness of glance; vīkṣya — on seeing; vighūrṇate — reels.
It is on seeing the darting of Hari's glance — a restlessness inborn in him — that she reels and sways.
sahajaṁ ('inborn') attaches to dṛk-cāpalaṁ: the point is that the restless flicker of Kṛṣṇa's eyes is natural to him, not a deliberate signal — and even so it sets her reeling.

prekṣyaon seeing — restating the mūla's 'vīkṣya' gerundदेखकर

śrī-kṛṣṇasya sāhajika-netra-cāpalyaṁ — the inborn restlessness of Śrī Kṛṣṇa's eyes; prekṣya — on seeing; vighūrṇate — she reels.
Viśvanātha simply re-says the second line in plainer words: seeing the inborn restlessness of Śrī Kṛṣṇa's eyes, she reels.
The gloss fixes three things at once: 'Hari' is Śrī Kṛṣṇa, the verse's dṛk is the eyes (netra), and sahajaṁ ('inborn') belongs to that eye-restlessness (sāhajika-cāpalya) — the same construal L2 carries.
