Look at these wondrous does! Their mating-heat is at its peak.
An udāharaṇa of the paśu ('beast') type of rasābhāsa: amorous rasa is here seated in animals — does directing love toward Kṛṣṇa. Because the substrate is a beast, this is only a semblance of rasa, not the real mood (the lead-in reads paśur yathā, 'the beast, as follows').

paśyādbhutā iti asya uttarārdhein the second half of this verse beginning 'paśyādbhutā' loc.; asya = 'of this verse''पश्याद्भुता' — इस (श्लोक) के उत्तरार्ध में
yāḥ keśavāṅgaṁ sakhi saṅgamayya(variant) 'which does, O friend, having brought their gaze to Keśava's body' — keśavāṅgam acc., object of the absolutive saṅgamayyaजो, हे सखी, केशव के अंग को संगत कराकर
svairāt apāṅgaṁ bhavatīr jayanti(variant) 'freely, with a sidelong glance, outdo you [ladies]' — bhavatīḥ acc. pl. 'you'; jayanti 'they conquer / surpass'स्वच्छन्दता से कटाक्ष द्वारा तुझ जैसियों को जीत लेती हैं
iti vā pāṭhaḥ— such is an alternative reading (vā = 'or else'; pāṭha = received text)ऐसा भी पाठ है
paśyādbhutā iti asya uttarārdhe — for the latter half of this 'paśyādbhutā' verse; 'yāḥ ... jayanti' iti vā pāṭhaḥ — there is also this reading.
Jīva records an alternative reading for the verse's second half: 'which does, O friend, having brought their gaze to Keśava's body, freely with a sidelong glance surpass even you.' He sets it beside the printed text with vā pāṭhaḥ ('or the reading is...') and leaves it standing — it is not chosen over the received wording.
pāṭha = a received textual reading. Jīva flags a variant recension of the latter half; per the decode it is left suspended, not adopted.

Viśvanātha sets the scene: 'O friend, look at the wondrous does on the Yamunā's bank.' He glosses the verse's kuraṅgī with the plainer hariṇī, 'doe,' and resolves its riddle 'the Sun's-daughter's bank' as simply the Yamunā.
pataṅga-kanyā, 'the Sun's daughter,' is the Yamunā (Yamunā and Yama are the children of Sūrya); Viśvanātha decodes it to yamunā-puline.

Viśvanātha finishes the sentence: these are the does whom Kṛṣṇa's sidelong glance has purified, and who, so purified, fix their gaze on Kṛṣṇa's body. He names the verse's unspecified 'tad' (his glance) and 'Keśava' both as Kṛṣṇa.
