hāsya-ādīnām gauṇānām tu — now, of the secondary rasas beginning with hāsya (laughter); yad udāharaṇaṁ kṛtam — the illustration that was made for them.
Take the secondary rasas — hāsya (laughter) and the rest. Illustrations for them were already given earlier.

tena — by that illustration; eṣām aṅgitā vyaktā — their being the principal was made clear; mukhyānāṁ ca tathā aṅgatā — and likewise the primary rasas' being subordinate.
That illustration already showed two things at once. The secondary rasas can stand as the aṅgin — the principal. And then the primary rasas become the aṅga — the subordinate that serves under them.
aṅgin / aṅga is the whole-and-limb pair: the aṅgin is like the body a rasa forms, the aṅga a limb attached to serve it. When hāsya is the aṅgin, the erotic rasa is only a limb feeding it; the roles are not fixed to any one rasa but shift by context.

tathā api — even so; alpa-viśeṣāya — for one small further distinction; kiñcid eva vilikhyate — just a little is written.
Even though that much is already clear, a fine point still remains. So he adds just a little more — nothing beyond that.

madanāndhatayā tri-vakrayā
madana-andhatayābecause she was blinded by love (madana) instr. of cause, describing tri-vakrayā — 'out of love-blindness'काम से अंधी हो जाने के कारण
tri-vakrayāby Trivakrā, the woman bent in three places instr. — the agent who seizes the garment (with dhṛte, L5)त्रिवक्रा के द्वारा
madana-andhatayā tri-vakrayā — by Trivakrā, blind with love.
Trivakrā — the hunchbacked woman, bent in three places — was blind with love for Kṛṣṇa.
An udāharaṇa of gauṇe’ṅgini mukhyasyāṅgatā (this unit's line L8): the secondary rasa hāsya (laughter) standing as the principal (aṅgin), with the primary erotic rasa serving as its subordinate (aṅga). The scene is Kubjā (Trivakrā) publicly seizing Kṛṣṇa's garment.
L5example

pīta-paṭa-añcale prasabham dhṛte — when the hem of his yellow garment had been forcibly seized [by her].
She grabbed the hem of his yellow garment by force and would not let go.

hariḥ jana-agrataḥ vinatam ānanam adadhāt — in front of the people, Hari held his face lowered.
Right there in front of the crowd, Hari lowered his face.
L7example

ānanamhis face (the object held lowered in L6)मुख
hariḥ ānanam utphulla-kapolam [adadhāt] — Hari [held] his face, its cheeks blooming into a smile.
It was Hari's own face — cheeks rounding out in a smile. He is amused and bashful both at once.
The blooming cheeks are the smile of hāsya (laughter), which is the principal rasa here; Kṛṣṇa's lowered, shy face — the erotic mood of being love's object before a crowd — is the primary rasa serving under it.
L8conclusion

atra gauṇe aṅgini — here, with the secondary rasa as the principal; mukhyasya aṅgatā — the primary rasa is the subordinate.
Here is the point of the example. The secondary rasa — hāsya, the comedy of the scene — is the principal. The primary rasa serves under it as the subordinate.

trivakrayā kubjayā ||
trivakrayāthe verse-word 'by Trivakrā' (the three-bent one) pratīka — the word being glossed'त्रिवक्रा' (यह पद)
kubjayāmeans 'by Kubjā' — the hunchbacked womanकुब्जा (अर्थात्)
trivakrayā — [the word] 'Trivakrā'; kubjayā — [means] 'by Kubjā.'
Viśvanātha spells out who 'Trivakrā' is: Kubjā, the hunchbacked servant-woman. 'Bent in three places' is just her by-name.
Kubjā is the crook-backed maidservant of Mathurā whom Kṛṣṇa straightened; 'Trivakrā', bent in three places, is her descriptive epithet — so Viśvanātha reads the two names as one person.
