kamprā svedini cūrṇa-kuntala-taṭe sphārekṣaṇā tuṅgite
kamprā[she is] trembling nominative predicate of vrajādhīśvarī in L4 — the fear-cue (bhayānaka), that the hill will drop(भय से) काँपती हुई
svediniwhen [that surface] breaks into sweat locative absolute with cūrṇa-kuntala-taṭe — 'once it is sweating'जब पसीने से भीग रहा हो
cūrṇa-kuntala-taṭeon the slope of his powder-dusted curlsघुँघराले केशों के प्रान्त पर
sphārekṣaṇā[she is] wide-eyed sphāra-īkṣaṇā, nominative — the wonder-cue (adbhuta)फैली हुई आँखों वाली
tuṅgitewhen [his arm] is lifted high locative absolute, picked up by savye doṣṇi in L2 — 'once the arm is raised'जब वह (भुजा) ऊँची उठ जाए
cūrṇa-kuntala-taṭe — on the slope of his powder-dusted curls; svedini [sati] — when it breaks into sweat; kamprā — she trembles; tuṅgite [savye doṣṇi] — when the [left arm] is lifted high; sphārekṣaṇā — she is wide-eyed.
She trembles the moment the slope of his powder-dusted curls beads with sweat — she fears the hill will fall. And when his arm is raised high to hold it, her eyes go wide with wonder.
An udāharaṇa (illustrative verse) for the maitrī ('friendship,' mutual compatibility) of four gauṇa ('subordinate') rasas — bhayānaka (fear), adbhuta (wonder), hāsya (laughter), karuṇa (pathos) — coexisting at once inside a single mukhya ('principal') rasa. Per the lead-in tatraiva bhayānakādbhuta-hāsya-karuṇānāṁ, yathā—. The scene is Yaśodā watching Kṛṣṇa hold up Govardhana; each cue in the verse fires one of the four subordinate moods.

vikāśi-gaṇḍa-phalakā[she is] with her cheeks broadening [into a smile] nominative — the laughter-cue (hāsya)खिले हुए कपोल-प्रदेश वाली
līlāsya-bhaṅgī-śateat the hundred playful looks of [his] face līlā-āsya-bhaṅgī-śate, locative of occasion — 'when his face makes its hundred sportive turns'जब मुख सैकड़ों लीलामय भंगिमाएँ करता है
savye doṣṇi — on the left arm [held high]; līlāsya-bhaṅgī-śate [sati] — at the hundred playful turns of his face; vikāśi-gaṇḍa-phalakā — her cheeks broaden into a smile.
On his left arm [held aloft], and at the hundred playful expressions his face keeps making, her cheeks broaden into a smile. This is the comic mood (hāsya).

girīndram bibhrāṇasya harer — of Hari, who holds up the lord of mountains; cira-ūrdhva-sthitau [sati] — when his arm stays raised so long; udayad-bāṣpā — her tears well up.
Of Hari, who holds up Govardhana — as his arm stays raised for so long, her tears well up out of pity for the strain. This is the pathetic mood (karuṇa).

prasnava-sicyamāna-sicayā vrajādhīśvarī — the queen of Vraja, her garment drenched by flowing breast-milk; viśvaṁ pātu — may she protect the whole world.
May the queen of Vraja — Yaśodā, her garment soaked through with the milk that streams from her breasts — protect the whole world. The welling milk is the sign of her mother-love (vātsalya): that love is the principal rasa here, and the fear, wonder, laughter, and tears are all its subordinates.
vrajādhīśvarī is Yaśodā — so Viśvanātha identifies her (s3, yaśodā). The flowing breast-milk is the classic bodily sign of vātsalya-rasa, the mukhya (principal) mood that L5 will name.

atra api — here too; mukhye — within one principal rasa; caturṇāṁ gauṇānām — [is the joint standing] of the four subordinate rasas.
Rūpa's classifying tag on the example: here too the four subordinate moods — fear, wonder, laughter, pathos — all stand together inside one principal rasa, the mother's love. The sentence is compressed; it carries over the coexistence-formula from the verses just before, and simply plants these four as gauṇa within the one mukhya.
The four gauṇa rasas are the bhayānaka, adbhuta, hāsya, karuṇa named in the lead-in; the mukhya rasa is the vātsalya signalled by the breast-milk in L4.

Jīva only sets the reading order. Take the words as: 'of Hari, who holds Govardhana on his left arm — when the slope of his powder-dusted curls breaks into sweat, she trembles' — and, he says, join up the rest of the verse in the same fashion.

Viśvanātha pins down the fear. When she sees sweat break out on the slope of Kṛṣṇa's curls, the queen of Vraja trembles — because she dreads that Govardhana itself is about to drop. That trembling is the fearful mood (bhayānaka). May she, so moved, protect the world.

Viśvanātha ties off the last two moods and the principal one. As Kṛṣṇa in play trades jokes with his boy-friends and his face runs through a hundred sportive turns, Yaśodā's cheeks broaden with laughter — that is hāsya, the comic mood. Then, over the long seven days the hill stays raised on his left arm, tears stream from her eyes in pity at his ordeal — that is karuṇa, the pathetic mood. And through it all her mother-love makes her breast-milk flow until it soaks her garment — that is vātsalya, the principal rasa in which all four subordinate moods are held together.
