dhanyānāṁ kila mūrdhanyāḥ subalāmūr vrajābalāḥ |
dhanyānāṁof all the fortunate ones — they are the crest among these genitive of the whole, governed by mūrdhanyāḥधन्य पुरुषों में (जिनका षष्ठी सम्बन्ध 'मूर्धन्याः' से है)
kilasurely, no doubtनिश्चय ही
mūrdhanyāḥare the very topmost, the crest-jewelsशिरोमणि, सबसे श्रेष्ठ
subalāmūḥthese are the truly mighty (su-balāḥ) — these very ones (amūḥ) sandhi of su-balāḥ + amūḥ; su-balā ('very strong') is set up to play against a-balā belowये अति बलवती ('सु-बलाः' और 'अमूः' का सन्धि; 'अबला' के विरुद्ध रखी गई)
vraja-abalāḥthe women of Vraja — literally 'the strengthless ones' a-balā = 'without strength' is the stock word for 'woman'; here it pointedly clashes with su-balā, so the 'weak women' are called the mightyव्रज की अबलाएँ, अर्थात् स्त्रियाँ ('अबला' = बलहीन, स्त्री का रूढ़ शब्द — 'सुबला' से जान-बूझकर टकराता है)
dhanyānām — of all the fortunate; mūrdhanyāḥ — [are] the crest-jewels; kila — surely; amūḥ vraja-abalāḥ — these women of Vraja; su-balāḥ — [though called a-balā, 'weak,' they are really] the mighty.
These women of Vraja are surely the crown of everyone counted fortunate. The word for 'woman,' abalā, means 'the strengthless one' — yet Rūpa calls them su-balā, 'the truly mighty.' The weak ones turn out to be the strong ones.
An udāharaṇa (illustrative verse) of the śuci ('pure') standing — the neutral member of the laharī's friendship / enmity / neutrality (maitrī-vaira-sthiti) scheme — held by the preyān (sakhya, the friendship) rasa; set up by the lead-in atha preyasi śucer, yathā—. (preyasi is loc. of preyān, Rūpa's name for the sakhya rasa, not preyasī 'the beloved.')

yāḥ — who; calāḥ [santyaḥ] — fickle though they are; piñcha-cūḍasya — of peacock-crested Kṛṣṇa; adharam — the lip; culūkayanti — gulp down as from a cupped hand.
For these are the women who — fickle as they are said to be — gulp down the lip of peacock-crested Kṛṣṇa, sipping it as if from their own cupped palms. That bold sipping is why the 'weak, fickle' ones are really the mighty crown of the fortunate.
L3conclusion
atra mukhye mukhyasya |
atrahere [in this example]यहाँ (इस उदाहरण में)
mukhyein a primary (mukhya) rasa [as the setting] locative: the sphere in which the śuci mode arisesमुख्य (रस) में — जिसमें यह शुचि भाव उठता है
mukhyasyaand it belongs to a primary (mukhya) rasa genitive: the rasa whose śuci mode this is — so both the container and the content are primary rasasमुख्य (रस) का — जिसका यह शुचि भाव है
atra — here; mukhye — in a primary rasa; mukhyasya — [is the śuci mode] of a primary rasa.
Rūpa's classifying tag on the example: here the śuci ('bright') mode arises in a primary (mukhya) rasa and belongs to a primary rasa. That is, this is a case of one primary rasa meeting another primary rasa — the pairing the laharī on friendship/enmity/neutrality is sorting out.

dhanyānām ity anumodanātmikaiveyaṁ śuci-bhāvanā, na tu sambhogecchā-mayātmikā, teṣāṁ sva-svarūpa eva nitya-sthiteḥ ||
dhanyānām itithe word 'dhanyānām' ('of the fortunate') tells us the point pratīka — Jīva cites the verse by its opening word'धन्यानाम्' इत्यादि — जीव श्लोक को उसके आरम्भिक पद से उद्धृत करते हैं
anumodana-ātmikā evais made purely of glad approval — rejoicing in another's union eva: purely, and nothing elseकेवल अनुमोदन (सम्मति, हर्ष) रूप ही — और कुछ नहीं
iyaṁ śuci-bhāvanāthis śuci ('bright / pure') feelingयह शुचि भावना

teṣāṁbecause for these [fortunate ones] genitive of cause, tied to nitya-sthiteḥउनकी — क्योंकि उनकी ('नित्य-स्थिति' से जुड़ा हेतुबोधक षष्ठी)
sva-svarūpe evain their own proper nature aloneअपने ही स्वरूप में
nitya-sthiteḥsince they abide forever fixed ablative/genitive of reason: 'because of their eternal standing'नित्य स्थिति होने के कारण
dhanyānām iti — [the word] 'of the fortunate' [signals that]; iyaṁ śuci-bhāvanā — this śuci feeling; anumodana-ātmikā eva — is purely one of glad approval; na tu sambhoga-icchā-maya-ātmikā — not one made of a craving for union; teṣām — because for them; sva-svarūpe eva nitya-sthiteḥ — [they] abide forever in their own nature alone.
Jīva anchors on one word: dhanyānām, 'the fortunate.' It tells us what kind of feeling this śuci is. It is made purely of anumodana — glad approval, rejoicing that another has the union — and not of any sambhoga-icchā, any wish to enjoy that union oneself. Why? Because these devotees stand forever fixed in their own nature; their role does not shift, so their delight stays pure appreciation. This is exactly the friend's (preyān's) bright, pure mood the lead-in named.
