This laharī works out, rasa by rasa, which moods are a rasa's friends (maitrī) and which are its enemies (vaira). For dāsya — the mood of loving service, called here the 'friendly affection' — the friends are: bībhatsa (disgust), śānta (quietude), and the two heroisms, dharma-vīra and dāna-vīra.
The predicate 'is a friend / nourishes' is not spelled out in the line but is the frame of the whole laharī (maitrī-vaira) and is supplied by the commentary's puṣyamāṇatvāt, 'because it is nourished.'

vairī — hostile [to dāsya are]; yuddha-vīraḥ raudraḥ ca — battle-heroism and fury; eka-vibhāvakaḥ — each having the single stimulus, Kṛṣṇa; śuciḥ — the pure one.
On the enemy side, yuddha-vīra (the heroism of doing battle) and raudra (fury) are hostile to dāsya. Both are 'single-stimulus' moods — their one exciting cause is Kṛṣṇa himself, since they arise from a direct clash with him, which is why they war against servitude.
The included commentators (Jīva, Viśvanātha) take up only yuddha-vīra and raudra here — the two eka-vibhāvaka moods marked as dāsya's enemies. They do not separately gloss 'vairī' or 'śuci'; those are left at face value ('hostile', 'the pure') and not resolved into the scheme, so the decode does not force a role on them.

suhṛt-prītasya bībhatsaḥ iti — on the words 'for dāsya, bībhatsa': udāsīnādi-dvaye — toward the pair, the neutral and the rest; bībhatsatayā — because by disgust; tasya eva puṣyamāṇatvāt — that same mood alone is nourished; evaṁ — likewise; tataḥ uparatyā — by withdrawing from those; śāntaḥ api tathā — śānta too, in the same way.
suhṛt-prītasya bībhatsaḥ iti — '…
Jīva explains why bībhatsa is dāsya's friend. When the servant feels disgust toward those neutral to Kṛṣṇa and toward his enemies, that very disgust feeds his own servitude — so bībhatsa nourishes dāsya. And in the same way śānta helps: by making him turn away from those same two, quietude too strengthens his service.

Jīva closes: the dāsya analysis is only a specimen. It points beyond itself, so wherever the text leaves a rasa's friends and enemies unstated, they are to be worked out the same way, fitting the rule to each rasa in turn.
upalakṣaṇa is a mark that identifies a thing by an incidental feature and then drops away — 'the house with the crow on it' finds the house though the crow is no part of it — as against a viśeṣaṇa, a defining feature that is part of the thing itself, like 'blue' in 'the blue lotus.' Here the dāsya-scheme is an upalakṣaṇa: it is not the point in itself but a pointer to the method for every other rasa.

Viśvanātha reads the same line: when the two groups — those indifferent to Kṛṣṇa and those hostile to him — are looked on with disgust, it is dāsya alone that is fed by that disgust. So bībhatsa is the friend of servitude.
Viśvanātha's wording differs from Jīva's here: where Jīva wrote 'the pair, the neutral and the rest' (udāsīnādi-dvaya), Viśvanātha names it as 'the neutral-etc. and the hostile' (udāsīnādi-vaira-dvaya), spelling the enemy out as the second member. Decoded as each stands, not merged.

In the same way, by making the servant withdraw from those two — Kṛṣṇa's neutrals and his enemies — śānta as well counts as a friend of dāsya. Here Viśvanātha states the predicate outright: suhṛt, 'a friend.'
