ghrāṇodghūrṇaka-pūta-gandhi-vikaṭein [a hell] made hideous by a putrid stench that sets the nose reeling locative describing nārake in L3; bahuvrīhi — 'whose foul smell whirls the nose'जिस नरक में नाक को घुमा देने वाली सड़ी दुर्गन्ध से (वह) विकराल है
kīṭākuleswarming with worms and vermin locative, second epithet of the hellऔर जो कीड़ों से भरा हुआ है

Picture the hell. A putrid stench so foul it makes your head spin. Worms crawling everywhere. And right at the doorway— (the sentence keeps building into the next line).
An udāharaṇa (illustrative verse) of bībhatsa-bhakti-rasa, the devotional mood of disgust (laharī 7); the lead-in 'yathā vā' marks it as such. The imprisoned kings' revulsion at their hellish jail becomes the setting (vibhāva) in which their remembrance of Kṛṣṇa arises.

srasta-vyādhita-yūtha-gūtha-ghaṭanā-nirdhūta-netrāyuṣi |
srasta-vyādhita-yūtha-of the diseased crowds [of men] collapsed [at the threshold] continues dehalī- from L1: dehalī-srasta = collapsed at the threshold; yūtha = herds/crowds of men(जिसकी) देहली पर गिरे हुए रोगग्रस्त मनुष्यों के झुंड हैं
gūtha-ghaṭanā-by the piled-up heaps of their excrement gūtha = feces (glossed viṣṭhā by Viśvanātha); ghaṭanā = massing, accumulation — instrumental of meansउनके मल (विष्ठा) के ढेर के द्वारा
nirdhūta-netrāyuṣiin [a hell] where the very life of the eyes — the power to see — is beaten out bahuvrīhi in the locative, completing the epithet of nārake; netra-āyus 'eyes' lifespan' = darśana-sāmarthya, sight itselfजिसकी आँखों की आयु अर्थात् देखने की शक्ति ही नष्ट हो गई है (उस नरक में)
dehalī-srasta-vyādhita-yūtha — the diseased crowds collapsed at the threshold; gūtha-ghaṭanā — by the massed heaps of their excrement; nirdhūta-netrāyuṣi — in [the hell] whose eyes' very life, their power of sight, is beaten out.

At the doorway lie crowds of sick men who have collapsed. Their excrement is heaped up. The reek and filth are so bad they destroy your eyesight itself — 'the very life of the eyes is beaten out.' This is the hell being described.

kārā-nāmaniin [a place] that goes by the name 'prison' locative; kārā = jail — the hell is literally a prison-houseजिसका नाम ही 'कारा' अर्थात् जेल है, उस (नरक) में
hantaalas!
māgadha-yamenaby the Yama — the death-god — of Magadha instrumental of agent (who threw us in); Viśvanātha names him: Yama in the form of Jarāsandha, king of Magadhaमगध के यम के द्वारा (जिसने हमें डाला)
amī vayaṁwe here, these very ones [now speaking]ये हम
nārakeinto the hell locative of where-cast; head-noun that L1–L2's epithets all describeनरक में (जहाँ फेंके गए)

Alas — we, these very men, have been thrown by the death-god of Magadha into this hell that they call a 'prison.' Viśvanātha identifies that death-god as Jarāsandha, king of Magadha, playing Yama over his captives.

kṣiptās te smṛtim ākalayya naraka-dhvaṁsinn iha prāṇimaḥ ||
kṣiptāḥhaving been cast [in] past participle agreeing with vayam of L3 — 'we, thrown in'(उसमें) फेंके गए हम
te smṛtimthe remembrance of You te = of You (Viśvanātha: of Your lotus feet); object of ākalayyaआपकी (आपके चरणों की) स्मृति को
ākalayyaby taking hold of, laying hold of gerund; Viśvanātha glosses ākalayya = prāpya, 'having attained'पाकर (प्राप्त करके)
naraka-dhvaṁsinO destroyer of Naraka! vocative; the address turns on a pun — Kṛṣṇa the slayer of the demon Narakāsura is called on by men lying in a naraka (hell)हे नरक (नरकासुर) के नाशक!
ihahere [in this very place]यहाँ
prāṇimaḥwe go on living, we still draw breath Viśvanātha: prāṇimaḥ = jīvāmaḥजी रहे हैं (जीवित हैं)
naraka-dhvaṁsin — O destroyer of Naraka!; iha kṣiptāḥ [vayam] — we, cast in here; te smṛtim ākalayya — by taking up the remembrance of You; prāṇimaḥ — we go on living.
O destroyer of Naraka! Cast into this place, we stay alive only by holding on to the remembrance of You. The address is pointed: the men in this naraka call on the very Lord who once destroyed Naraka — He who breaks hells is their one hope of surviving this one.
The vocative naraka-dhvaṁsin carries a double edge: Kṛṣṇa is famed as the slayer of the demon Narakāsura, and here men trapped in a naraka (hell) appeal to Him by that very name. The disgust of the surroundings and the sweetness of remembering Him stand side by side — the mark of bībhatsa-bhakti-rasa.

nārake naraka-samūhe ||
nārakethe word 'in the hell' [nārake] means— pratīka: the lemma being explained'नारके' अर्थात् जिस पद की यहाँ व्याख्या हो रही है
naraka-samūhein a whole heap of hells samūha = a mass, collection — so 'naraka' here is plural in force, a pile-up of hells, not oneनरकों के समूह में — अर्थात् एक नरक नहीं, नरकों का ढेर
nārake — 'in the hell'; naraka-samūhe — [means] in a whole mass of hells.
Jīva and Mukunda gloss the single word 'nārake': it does not mean one hell but a whole heap of hells. The place is hellish enough to count as many hells at once.

Viśvanātha walks the verse through. 'Hideous' means: made dreadful by a stench that whirls the nose. At the threshold lie crowds of collapsed, diseased men; the heaped-up excrement — he spells out that gūtha means feces — is so foul it destroys the eyes' very power of sight. This hell, a whole mass of hells, goes by the name 'prison.' We were thrown in by Yama — and he names that Yama as Jarāsandha, in whose form the death-god acts. The remembrance we 'take up' he glosses as remembrance we 'attain' — the remembrance of Your lotus feet. And 'prāṇimaḥ' simply means 'we live.' So: O destroyer of Naraka, hemmed in by this filth, we survive only on the memory of You.
