An objection first. The Bhāgavata says it over and over — 'aho bhāgyam, aho bhāgyam' and a hundred rulings like it — that every living being in Vraja has crossed past everything else and handed everything to Kṛṣṇa, holding him as their one good. People like that have no self-seeking left in them. And anger needs some thwarted self-interest to feed on. So how could the old woman be angry at Kṛṣṇa at all? To answer this, Jīva takes up the word 'govardhanam.'

Who is this Govardhana the wrestler? He fancies himself the husband of Candrāvalī. He is really one of Kaṁsa's cowherds — an outsider who only came and settled in Vraja. That is how he is known in some accounts. So he is no true Vraja-dweller at all.

So the verse's words 'apart from him, of the other residents' should be read against this outsider. He is the one exception, and the rest of the line is fitted around him.
'anyeṣyām' in the commentary is a spelling for the verse's 'anyeṣāṁ' (of the others).

Even after all that, here is how her anger fits. Her anger at Kṛṣṇa is driven mainly by wanting what is good for him — not by any shortage of love. That much was already shown earlier. And notice too: she cries out and scolds only when no one is there to hear, never when people are listening. She will not shame him in public. That is the point.
