L1definition
krodho jaratyā vadhv-ādi-sambandhe prekṣite harau ||
krodhaḥanger — the feeling being defined in this caseक्रोध — (यही रौद्र भाव यहाँ लक्षण के रूप में बताया जा रहा है)
jaratyāfelt by the old woman instrumental: she is the one in whom the anger risesजरती (वृद्धा गोपी) के मन में — क्योंकि क्रोध उसी में उठता है
vadhv-ādi-sambandhein his getting mixed up with the young bride and the restबहू आदि के साथ (कृष्ण के) सम्बन्ध के विषय में
prekṣite harauwhen Hari is seen [so involved] locative absolute — sets the trigger: 'once he is seen…'
krodhaḥ — anger; jaratyā — felt by the old woman; harau prekṣite — when Hari is seen; vadhv-ādi-sambandhe — mixed up with the young bride and the rest.
This is the old woman's anger. It flares up in her the moment she sees Hari caught up with the young bride and the other women.
jaratī is an old cowherd woman of Vraja — the bride's mother-in-law (see 'my son's house' in L5). Her flash of anger at Kṛṣṇa is the instance of raudra (the anger-mood) this laharī sets out to illustrate.

An udāharaṇa (illustrative verse, in the old woman's voice) of jaratyāḥ krodhaḥ, 'the old woman's anger', the raudra directed at Kṛṣṇa defined in L1. The lead-in reads yathā—, 'as follows'.

me suta-gṛhein my own son's householdमेरे पुत्र के घर में
agniḥa fireआग

vrajeśvara-sutena — by Kṛṣṇa, son of Vraja's king; me suta-gṛhe — in my own son's household; agniḥ — a fire; utthāpitaḥ — has been set blazing.
"The son of Nanda, the king of Vraja, has set a fire blazing in my own son's home!" The 'fire' is the scandal of his dallying with her daughter-in-law — it will burn down the family's good name.
agni, 'fire', is her metaphor for the disgrace Kṛṣṇa's dalliance brings on the household — the rhetorical charge that caps her outburst.

Viśvanātha lays out the intent behind the verse. Every resident of Vraja, the old woman among them, carries an inborn love for Kṛṣṇa that never once falls asleep. Even so, when they catch him tangled up with the young bride, they fear two things for the couple — disgrace in this world and sin in the next. Wanting to head both off, these outward well-wishers flare up in anger at Kṛṣṇa. It is with that intent, Viśvanātha says, that Rūpa gives the old woman her cry. He then glosses the closing line: "O people of Vraja, why do you not hear my outcry?"
The anger here rests on love: Viśvanātha grounds it in the sāhajika-premā every Vrajavāsī has for Kṛṣṇa — so the raudra is a form the underlying bhakti takes, not its opposite.
