śrī-kṛṣṇasya śrī-rādhādi-priyāṇām — of Śrī Kṛṣṇa's dear ones headed by Śrī Rādhā; ākarṣe kṛte sati — when the carrying-off had been done; nīlāmbarasya baladevasya mukhaṁ — the face of Nīlāmbara, that is, of Baladeva; nīlimānaṁ dadhe — took on the dark tinge.
Viśvanātha reads it out flat: 'Kṛṣṇa's dear ones' are Rādhā and the others; when their carrying-off had been done, the face of Nīlāmbara — that is, Baladeva — took on a dark tinge. He names the two allusions plainly: the dear ones are Rādhā's group, and Nīlāmbara is Baladeva.

śokena — because of grief; vaivarṇya-sāttvika-udaya-jātaḥ — arisen from the rising of the sāttvika-bhāva of vaivarṇya; iti bhāvaḥ — such is the import.
And the import is this: the darkening came from grief. It is the sāttvika-bhāva called vaivarṇya — a change of complexion — welling up in him. So the dark tinge on the face is not decoration; it is a bodily sign of grief, which is exactly the karuṇa-rasa the verse is meant to show.
vaivarṇya (change / loss of complexion) is one of the eight sāttvika-bhāvas — involuntary bodily reactions (stambha, sveda, romāñca, svara-bheda, vepathu, vaivarṇya, aśru, pralaya) that break out when a deep emotion rises. Here it is the visible proof that Baladeva's mood is śoka, the sthāyi-bhāva (standing emotion) of karuṇa-rasa.
