This one note is shared by both Jīva and Mukunda: they simply record that they pass over the verse.

yasminin whom / in which… locative of the relative pronoun; opens a clause that the source breaks offजिसमें (सम्बन्धवाचक सर्वनाम, सप्तमी — जिस वाक्य को स्रोत बीच में ही छोड़ देता है)
yasmin — in whom / in which… (the sentence is cut off)
yasmin — जिसमें।
Viśvanātha's comment opens with 'yasmin…' ('in whom / in which…') and then breaks off; the +++ marks missing text, so nothing further survives to decode.
The source preserves only the opening word; the +++ is a lacuna marker, not part of the Sanskrit. Nothing is supplied to fill it.
